SureSafe - The Best choice I could have made.
I was rather anxious about finding the right personal Alarm. I need not have worried. From my first phone call the team were friendly, informative, and helped me choose wisely. The very next day I received my watch and a booklet explaining everything about the Watch clearly. I was happy and relieved that everything had gone so smoothly. Highly recommend them.

Listen to the customer, don't make the wrong sale.
Without realising it, SureSafe sold me exactly the wrong one of their alarm systems. As a result there were naturally a large number of missing pieces of information, serial number on the bottom, yes bottom, of the nice box, etc.. A very frustrating two hours and on ringing was told "we have not had complaints before".
Moral: Ask what the customer wants before selling them, not any old product, but the one they are wanting"
