I wrote a review saying that personalized jewels was a scam because I could not find out any information as to where my necklace was, I wasn't notified when it was shipped. I had no tracking number they didn't respond to my emails but I have to say that I did get my necklace yesterday in the mail. It took a little bit. But the necklace is beautiful. I love it. I might would do business with this company again. I just know that now it takes a little bit of time is all. And I am sorry to say that I am an impatient person. But I do love the necklace. They have pretty jewelry I would like to apologize to personalized jewels, I am sorry

Chinese scam. Ordered my product on Feb 6th for Valentine’s Day with expedited shipping. Received it today, April 4th. After being nearly two months late, I also discover that the product is ENTIRELY in pieces and not even the finished product advertised. There are also zero instructions on how you might even put it together.

The worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Claimed to ship and arrive by certain date. Was charged extra for the delivery date. Was over a month late after time and time contacting them they claim they can’t refund the amount spent on shipping. Mind you that was an extra charge to have it here by a certain date not just standard shipping. Showed them the policy I found and everything still nothing and they take weeks to even respond about issues. Do no recommend. Honestly they deserve absolutely no stars whatsoever

I placed and order for a mom ring with all four of my kid’s birth stones. It was was a belated birthday gift from my kids.

After placing the order I realized the shipping address was incorrect and so I tried to change it, but it wouldn’t let me. So I contacted them via email because they do not provide a phone number, and left them three emails explaining the situation and provided them with the correct address.

I ask them to contact me to get it resolved and did not receive a response until a week after when they’ve already shipped it out. When they finally did contact me back via email, they said it’s already been shipped out. They give 24 hours to process it and there was nothing they can do.

I asked for a refund or re-shipment and they refused. Mind you I contacted them approximately five minutes after placing the order. Now I don’t get my birthday gift from my kids. They lost 50 bucks, and this company is still thriving. The worst customer service imaginable! Do not waste your money!

Order came in over a month late. At this point I did not need the order anymore. I then requested a refund, in which they stated "We would like to inform you that while our headquarters is based in the US/CA, we have recently relocated our shipping warehouse and returns department to our office in China. We understand that this change may result in higher shipping costs for returns, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. If you still wish to proceed with the return, we will provide you with our return address in the next email. Please note that we do not provide return labels, and the shipping cost for the return will be shouldered by the customer."

They are slightly scamming. This is the first time they've reached out to me and its been almost 2 months. And now they are telling me that I am required to pay the return. Even though, it states on the website:
"If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted."

Avoid this website at all costs. They are chinese backed and just want your money at all costs.

Company states based in Canada then orders product from China to send to you. Expedited shipping is a complete waste of money. After 8 days of no updated and "customer service saying my order "already shipped" so they wouldn't refund me, I contacted pay pal. Only then did they finally send a Bzs tracking number that has no estimated delivery date. I ordered on 2/5/25, today is 3/6/25 and nothing. This site needs to be shut down!

I purchased a name plate chain on 2/27/24 for my girlfriend so she could wear it for her birthday, still haven’t received it , they sent me a fake tracking number saying my order is ready to ship, please don’t order from here they are a scam & it’s wrong how people could scam someone outta they hard working money

I purchased a “Luxurious Plush Bouquet”, but received the equivalent of a “Simple Plush Flower”

I ordered some flowers on the 5th of February and still haven’t received them. No ETA. Customer service doesn’t respond to email. Honestly it’s a scam and yall should be ashamed.

Easy to take your money but hard for them to give you a real product truly SCAMMERS stay away from this FAKE COMPANY….

I just ordered due to V-Day on 02.14, placed order few days prior. No ETA shown on the website before check-out, I thought it was a U.S. based company, didn't realize it's abroad because the website is tricking people to purchasing and only show tracking after and refuse to refund even though I messaged BEFORE the packed it.

DO NOT buy from this company, report, it's a complete scam. What company does not show tracking BEFORE people checkout? Also they do not read the e-mail, I asked in every single of my e-mail to REFUND/CANCEL ORDER, kept saying that it's packed, shipped, here is the tracking link and not address my request one bit.

Order and never receive it. Expect terrible customer service and transfer of blame to the shipping company.

ABSOLUTE LEGITIMATE SCAM. Ordered a nameplate necklace on 1/8 STILL don't have it, no tracking nothing. I wrote them on 1/14 and they said if I don't hear anything by 1/28 to reach back out, so I did, and have been ignored since. I had to open a case with PayPal. Don't do business with these pieces of shit.

Spent $50+ on a custom bouquet for Valentine’s Day. Never received one word about it finished being processed even though it was supposed to be done in 3-5 days. Nothing in regards to actually shipping out the product as well. Attempted to contact company multiple times with no response. People do not business with these people. They’re a complete scam and do nothing to help compensate for issues. Jokes on them I am getting my money back and they’re getting a bad review. They suck

I ordered a ring for a Christmas gift over a month ago and the company still has not sent my item. There only contact is email and I've emailed them over 10 times and they have not responded. Complete scam, take your money and do not send items.
