Really helpful cheery staff. Gemma was just fantastic and really knew her stuff! It's very difficult on the end of a phone for them when they can't see what you are doing, but she guided me through it. Really good service and company to use 😁

I ran into a technical error that stopped me from attending a course I'd booked with Taxi Plus, even though I was logged in on time. Understandably, I was pretty frustrated.
I contacted customer support and spoke to Levi, who was brilliant from start to finish. She was patient, understanding, and took my frustration in her stride. She got me rebooked onto another course and made sure everything was sorted going forward.
It's rare to come across support this good. Levi turned a stressful situation into a positive experience. Very happy with her service and would happily recommend based on how she handled things. Thank you, Levi!

Should allow upload of documents first before grasping the cash
Sharp practice of taking the money first.
Claimed only one document needed and a phone to scan face. Soon as the passport was uploaded it demanded another document.
Usually you upload everything then press pay.
Called the next day. Completely uncontactable between 12 -1pm
On hold for 1h 10 mins
Very poor won't recommend to anyone

As part of our identity verification process, we use the Yoti platform, which requires two forms of ID, such as a valid passport and driving licence. Yoti also performs a facial scan to compare your live image with your ID documents. If this verification is unsuccessful, your application will automatically move to an alternative verification process at a Post Office.
We're also sorry for the time you spent on hold when contacting us. At certain times of the day, we experience high call volumes, which can unfortunately result in longer waiting times. We appreciate your patience and apologise for any inconvenience this caused.

Quick enhanced DBS service
So having at least 4 dbs checks, because I am now being paid I had to have another. These guys were really good, the turn around was unbelievably quick (2working days!). Highly recomend both them and Jamie, who handled my case!

The Best Support Experience I’ve Had in Years!
I had an absolutely wonderful experience speaking with Gemma today. She was incredibly knowledgeable, answered every single question I had and truly knew her stuff. It is clear that she loves her job and her friendly attitude made the whole process much easier. In today’s climate, where great customer service is so rare in shops, restaurants and over the phone, she completely stood out. She didn't rush me at all, took the time to explain everything thoroughly, and gave me as much time as I needed. Truly a breath of fresh air!
