Steve from Pestforce was extremely efficient and knowledgable right from the start. Great to chat with someone who clearly knows what they’re doing. Treated the wasps nest both inside and out. Any future issues, I will have no hesitancy to contact Steve from Pestforce again, or recommending him if you have similar problems. Thanks.

I contacted Malcolm on a Sunday about the possibility of him dealing with a wasp nest that was in our attic. He got back to me that day with a cost and a day that he could do it. Happy enough with that, I gave Malcolm the go ahead and he booked us in for Tuesday. On the morning that Malcolm was due, I messaged to check he was still coming as I had to visit my wife in hospital at some point that day. He messaged right back to say he would let me know a time at lunchtime that day but would definitely be the afternoon. This was great as it left me free in the morning to do what I needed. He subsequently called at lunchtime to say he would be with me between 2 and 3pm and he arrived bang in 2.30. He was also very thorough. My previous pest controller didn't bother to go in to my attic to deal with the nest, he just sprayed the powder through the hole in my wooden facia thst they were using to get to their nest. Malcolm was the opposite. Even though he could see the wasps going under my roof tiles, he went straight in to my attic and injected the nest directly. Before he left he told me any issues (he didn't expect there to be any!) Not to hesitate to give him a ring and he eould be back. Absolutely 1st class customer service from Malcolm, he was easily contactable, turned up when he said and came across as a decent, honest person too. I found Malcolm and Pest force scottish borders by chance on Google after my usual pest controller from Peebles didn't turn up whrn he said he would (still not heard from him!) And another guy from kelso took 10hrs to reply to my enquiry only to say Clovenfords was too far away for him!

I found Andy from Pestforce in east London so helpful and reliable. I could hand the problem over to him with confidence. He is very calm, friendly and professional. I have already recommended him to my neighbour as mice have been seen in our small block. Thank you Andy

Professional pest control. I phoned Mark about a wasp nest in the rafters, he came and looked at it straight away. He dealt with the nest there and then. Excellent prices and a professional manor, I will use again if needed.

Pestforce is a franchise, so I can only comment on Ryan for the for Grantham and Nottingham area franchisee. I was very impressed with Ryan. Unlike other companies I initially contacted, he took the time and trouble to return my call and discuss with me my pest problem. We made an appointment and he called ahead to tell me he was on his way. I always like it when people do that. Ryan was polite and professional at all times. I was impressed also with his knowledge of the cockchafer beetle that was causing me the problem. I found the cost of the work very competitive and good value for money. If I ever need help again with another pest problem, Ryan will be the only call I need to make.

Ben from Leeds, took the money and didn't turn up when agreed. When he did arrive he spent no longer than 20 mins on the property over two visits. The problem was not sorted. Absolute rip off and a joke of a firm - never again

Very happy with Darren and his service from Pestforce. We have a nest of wood bees living within a gap between our brickwork and guttering which had started to enter the garage. Darren took the time to listen to my concerns and was very professional. He also gave me a variety of options with regards to dealing with the bees and I was very pleased to hear that killing them is always a last resort. Darren was able to seal the spot where the bees had accessed the garage for me and also took the time to explain exactly what species we where dealing with and how best to deal with them. As such no extermination was necessary. The advice he gave was very much appreciated and highly recommended.

Had a rat issue near chicken coup. Darren came along gave great advice along the way and helped us control the problem. He had excellent knowledge and has set us up now so we can control the problem long term

We had Chris come over to help us sort out our rat infestation which we’ve had for quite some time. Amazing service we noticed a big difference from the very first visit. Very professional and informative thank you would highly recommend.

Graham in the South West came out to see us about our rat problem. Absolutely fantastic service, full complete service, really thorough check of the house to find where they were getting in. I was really impressed with the cameras, so they could monitor activity and then he fixed the problem fully. Just a very reassuring, experienced, expert service. Really couldn't recommend Graham enough if you're unfortunate to have this problem.

Initially spoke to Kate and she booked in Barry for as soon as possible. We had heard scratching in the loft and had tried to take a look ourselves. Barry came, identified the issue immediately and left a treatment option in the most likely spots. Barry has been to our home safely and securely on a few occasions. We had felt helpless as the house is rented so it’s not our responsibility but Barry has communicated everything clearly so that we can tell our landlord. We really got on with Barry and the noises from the rats have totally stopped. We couldn’t be more grateful. It sounds horrible to say but we hope we never see Barry again. If we do have a problem we know exactly who to call. Thank you ever so much

Called Pestforce due to long running rat problem. Matt spent 20 minutes looking round the house for entry points, gave us lots of advice about where to lay traps etc, but as we had already put poison down and recently dealt with the main entry point in the drains, he said there was no point in doing a full treatment at the moment. He didn't charge us anything - so clearly a trustworthy guy, not just out to make a quick buck. Very highly recommended and would definitely use in the future if we have problems.

Thanks to Andy and his thorough treatment reports and recommendations (which are included into the service) I was able to hold my landlord to account for poor structural maintenance today!!!
Also, this was the only affordable service I could find in East London during lockdown, they did not raise their prices when many others did!
Better still, great service and solved the mouse problem within 2 visits!

I rang Ken about a problem with ants in the garden .He came the next day sprayed the garden and hopefully they wont come back. Ken was friendly and got on with the job. Would recommend him if you also have a problem.

We had an infestation of rats. They would appear in the garden during the day, in numbers. There was at least two families plus other adults. Jason identified their nests and placed poison and traps. He was very pleasant, arrived on time, worked efficiently and best of all eradicated the rats

Extremely disappointed in the service provided. It would appear as though they simply wish to obtain your money. Once payment is made, any form of aftercare is non-existent. I have been chasing Pestforce for 4 months attempted to receive an invoice for the work carried out. I would strongly recommend you try another company if you have an issue with pests.

Pestforce is a franchise so I can only comment on the franchisee for North Wales called Mark because we had a wasps nest in the loft. He came round the same day and treated the nest from a distance with a lance system. All complete within an hour of arrival and all signs of wasp activity gone 24 hours later.
