Spoke with Nick on a Friday evening about a wasp nest, arranged to call Saturday morning to have a look. Nick was an absolute gentleman with a great sense of humour, turned up on time, took one look and with no messing about got stuck right in and within an hour problem solved. Great price for an amazing service. Will definitely recommend.

I contacted Nick yesterday evening due to a wasp problem in my parents property. It was gone 8pm on a Friday evening and he came out to the property within the hour. I cannot thank him enough. I have three rescue dogs at home, and no matter how often I treated them for fleas (an occupational hazard!), they came back... every time!

Nick came out a month ago and treated all of my floors, carpets and bedding... and we are finally free of 'passengers'! I was worried about the cost, but Nick charged less than the vets do... every month!

Brilliant and HIGHLY recommended.

What a great service. Nick arrived at our bungalow 3 hours after our panicked call of a Hornets nest by our chimney and the wife being stung twice. He treated where they were coming and going from and said to monitor for 24hrs. This we did and found they were gaining access in three other points on the flashing, but true to his word he came out again even though it was Sunday and treated again and no additional cost. We had a phone call Tuesday asking if all was clear if not would treat again and no further cost. Not required as they are gone, what a service.

Arrived within an hour of my phone call and dealt with our wasps nest really efficiently. Nick was really friendly, polite and knowledgable. Overall brilliant and reasonably priced service. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service, rapid response and very friendly. The wasps nest we had was not a straight forward job, but we were assured that he would get the job done. The nest was gone within the day and we’ve not had trouble since. Highly recommend, normally cautious when using someone I haven’t before but I’m very glad I chose pestcymru.

Returned home from a short break away on a Sunday afternoon to mouse droppings in my kitchen. Called Alpha Pest Control totally freaking out, reassurance was given and within the hour traps were laid. Mouse is now gone!! Thank you!!

We had a wasps nest underground just where my husband needed to replace our fencing. One call to Nick and he was with us in 2 hours. Nick is polite and humorous. Extremely knowledgeable. Our little waspie friends are no more thanks to Nick. Highly recommended if the need arises.

We called a couple of local firms to get rid of a wasp nest at our offices in Neath. Three of them went to answer machine and none called back... then I called Pest Cymru!

Someone was there in less than an hour, with all the right equipment and it was all over before we knew it! We were expecting to have to clear the building but there was no fuss, no mess, and he even removed the nest for us.

No-one was stung, not even our petty cash!

Excellent service. We had mice in our kitchen and I have a severe rodent phobia, which Nick was very sympathetic about and came out the same day just hours later. If I ever have this problem again I will definitely use Pestcymru. Highly recommend.

After a google search for pest control in my local area, I contacted Pestcymru and was greeted by Nick who was very friendly, helpful and informative about the process (needed to get rid of fleas) and was so pleased when he said he could come out the same day as bites were driving me mad! When Nick arrived he explained what he was going to do throughout the house and reassured me about how perfectly safe the spray was as I have a young daughter and was concerned about her coming in to contact with it. So its's been a month since house was sprayed and no signs of fleas! During this time Nick kept in contact, checking to see how things were and whether I'd had any more bites. I have no hesitation in recommending pestcymru, outstanding affordable service and as an added bonus Nick is the nicest guy you will ever meet!! So if you have any pest problems, this is the only company you need to contact.
