I had a serious bed bug problem in my house and it was extremely stressful. After trying sprays and DIY solutions that didn’t work, I decided to hire a professional pest control company. From the first phone call, the team was very helpful and explained the whole process clearly.

The technician arrived on time, inspected the property carefully, and explained where the bed bugs were hiding and how the treatment would work. The treatment was done professionally and the staff were polite, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home.

After the treatment, they also gave helpful advice on how to prevent bed bugs from coming back. Within a few days I noticed a huge difference, and now the problem is completely gone. Being able to sleep peacefully again is such a relief.

Everything was done very professionally and we were offered Heat Treatment but opted for Fumigation as worked better for us. We haven’t had any problems since the first treatment. Home Hub contacted me very promptly after I went to Check a trade website. Two technicians came to my house the same day, explained very clearly what action they would take and set about work with the minimum of fuss. They were extremely professional and the most pleasant of people. A few days after their first visit we heard the pitter patter of tiny feet upstairs in the eaves; I contacted Home Hub again, and two technicians came to the house on the same day. They have told me thst they will return to the house in around three weeks time . Absolutely brilliant - cannot fault them at all.
