I must say when I first ordered I wasn’t so sure it was gonna work. I moved into this house three years ago outside had a lot of weeds which we all know bring a lot of bugs inside I would see a lot of those jumping crickets. Spiders had a lot of ants a lot of bugs more than I’ve ever dealt with before so I seen the ad and I tried it a year later a lot of bugs outside, but not many in the house at all hardly see them love this stuff the other day a gentleman came up to me while I was outside watering and he said he was helping the neighbors out a lot of the neighbors are ordering his service for bugs I told him thank you, but Iorder pestie and he said to me it’s one of his biggest competitions. The stuff really works not only are the bugs afraid of it, but the bug exterminators are also.

They market for customized pro-grade bug solutions, a satisfaction guarantee, and a money-back guarantee if not satisfied. Yet after providing them with all the details:
- The product failed to solve the problem.
- The amount wasn't enough for the space.
- The sprayer nozzle broke after a couple of uses.
- You can't simply cancel your subscription from your account, and you have to email and call customer support to cancel!
I contacted their customer support a few days after the first application, and they replied that I must have used the product wrong, or I should give it time!
I found another company for DIY pest control a month later, and the problem was solved only one day of the first application!
The experience was not satisfactory at all.

Pestie has been a great product, Ive used it for a year now, no bug problem since I started using it and its cheaper than the professional Pest Service I was receiving. I highly recommend this product.

Trust me it’s the most poor product I’ve ever used in my life their spray solution doesn’t work on cockroaches at all I tried calling them several times in the whole 1 year contract but they said we will send some high intensity spray solution this time but they are not willing to refund at all plus they were so ready to charge me for next year subscription luckily I canceled on Tim please don’t waste your money if you have roaches problem it doesn’t work at all zero effect on roaches on the other hand they keep growing more and more

I had an issue trying to cancel my subscription. I wrote a very clear email two weeks in advance of the the next shipment. Pestie totally ignored my request to cancel, instead emailed me with an offer for 15 percent off and sent it anyway. When I requested a refund, I was told I could return it but I would be responsible for return shipping which would cost me nearly $20 for a $50 dollar product. I could understand if I had not canceled my subscription in a timely way...that would have been my fault. But to ignore my cancellation email, send unwanted product and then force me to pay return shipping is unacceptable. Be forewarned about this practice if you consider subscribing.

If you live in AZ and have scorpions this stuff works! Within a week had 4 turn up dead on the back patio. It’s 1/4 the price of big companies and it’s easy to do in about 20 min.

They really stand by their product. It was super effective and safe for my cats. I worried about any inside pest spray but this one dried quickly, killed pests, and kept my cats (including a super senior) safe. The spray hose is a bit strong so I would recommend to test it outside to get the hang of it. I ran out of product due to how strong it was and asked to buy a refill. The sent the refill free! It’s so much better than Orkin too in terms of effectiveness and price.

I've tried pestie. I don't recommend it. I had an ant problem. I told Pestie that ants kept coming even though I sprayed thoroughly inside and outside all over my house. They repsonded, but no solution to my problem. I Gave them another shot thinking I might have applied it wrong; this was my second yearly subscription. I got a better rechargeable sprayer. I applied the pestie chemical the next day I received it for it says to apply it as soon for best results. Ants continued to roam everywhere in my house regardless of being sprayed. It's like if I'm spraying sugar water.

Edit: 26 April 2025 At this moment I increased my star rate due to their customer service and helping me to resolve my issue with the ants. They did send a different pesticide and I received it. I have not seen any ants lately. Time will tell and hope they continue sending the same pesticide that works for me.

Deceptive subscription practices.
The stuff didn’t even work well. I ended up buying cheap home defense stuff from Walmart that actually kept bugs away.

They claimed they sent me a warning that my subscription would auto renew weeks ago, but I didn’t get it. I use my email for work so I’m 100% on top of everything coming in and out. Got an email my order was confirmed this morning though. Immediately wrote back to cancel. Six hours later I got an email confirming it had shipped. Person I chatted with could only partially refund me. Claims they sent a reminder, and that I read it.

Funny that I got the email for the order and the shipment but not to let me know I had subscribed for more than one year.

Also, claimed they didn’t see an email from me asking to cancel 6 hours before the shipment went out. But I had actual receipts to show I did email them.

No results what so ever. I ask for a refund but i jave to buy more products to get to a point of just not wanting it. You get an eye dropper worth of chemicals to mix with water for a whole house. Don't do it

I've only used once but since I sprayed inside I have not seen any silverfish which is wonderful. The product is so easy to setup and use.

Good product been used second apply haven’t seen any bugs or ants have to wait for summer over to get the idea for now pestie got 5 stars from me thank you pestie

I have been dealing with no see ums and mites for 2 years, I've tried everything, spent thousands of dollars, had sleepless nights, and couldn't relax in my home.
Late February 2025 I was searching for a miracle...again when I saw a product I had never heard of. The product was Pestie, so I kept reading about the companies claim that you could DIY like the pros without the cost of being a pro. Intrigued I went to the reviews and read for An hour about how this product works great. Well I had to order. I placed the very easy order and waited for it to arrive, and then it did. I followed directions and we to spraying. After I spayed every last drop I was hopeful...again. I let 2 days pass waiting for some relief that didn't come. I contacted Pestie and told them I wasn't happy with the mixture and I wanted a refund. I was obviously very upset and done with another failure. The customer support person I spoke with, and I wish I got their name was so understanding and sympathetic that I calmed down and listened to his suggestion of sending me a different mixture so I agreed. The shipment came today and I instantly mixed it and went to spraying again. I did inside first then I sprayed outside. When I walked back into my house I couldn't believe my eyes, the haze of no see ums was gone, I could breathe and the air felt light and clean. As I walked across my floor it felt like someone threw sand everywhere but it wasn't sand. I grabbed a paper towel and swiped the floor and saw hundreds of dead bugs. I saw bugs everywhere but this time they were dead. I cried and cried as I cleaned up those nasty little dead bodies because I literally saw this product end my 2 year nightmare and for the first time in 2 years my nose didn't stop up as soon as I got home, I wasn't coughing and I wasn't scratching my body to the point of no return. My life changed that fast and I will never stop using Pestie

A horrible customer service experience.

Pestie is more difficult to cancel than a SiriusXM subscription. You cannot just go on their website to cancel, you have to reach out to customer support. I reached out to customer support 3 weeks before my subscription renewal and did not receive a response. I then reached out 2 weeks before my renewal and received a generic "we're going to cancel, but is there anything we can do to keep you" e-mail which required no response on my part. Two weeks later I get an e-mail that they had shipped my product. I immediately reached out to tell them that I had already cancelled and their response was "you didn't confirm you wanted to cancel." I sent them the e-mail which did not ask for a confirmation to cancel and again the response was "we will refund you for the other three shipments that haven't occurred but you have to pay for the one we already shipped." So now they're trying to make me pay $45 for their mistake. So here's the review you deserve, Hannah from Pestie.
