I tried to book a flight through petas.gr, but I never received a booking confirmation. I tried several times, and since there was no confirmation, I proceeded to book another ticket. Nevertheless, the company claims that the original booking was completed successfully, resulting in me being charged for a service I didn’t even know I had purchased.
I raised the issue and requested proof, which was not provided to me. There was clearly a technical issue, which they apparently were unable to investigate adequately.
Bad experience, lack of ability to handle technical issues and inadequate customer service. DO NOT BOOK.

The problem with Petas is that when you try to book a flight through Airtickets.gr , they are trying to show themselves that they have the cheapest price but in the final screen, when you go to pay, they change the price by 15-20% !
For example I tried to book a flight from Athens to Larnaka in January, the initial price was 55€ but in the final screen they made an excuse that "The price of the flight has changed" and they changed it from 55€ to 70€ ! Other agencies, such as Kiwi or eDreams do not do that

Not professional at all. Their support was insufficient, takes hours to reply through the chat. I can't find a reason why I should book a ticket through this company and not directly through the air carrier.

Stay away, book directly with the airline!
The airline may cancel your flight and petas.gr charges you!!!! You will not get a full refund! I'm sure Petas.gr received the full refund PLUS any penalties the airline owed.
Booking with the airline at least you will get full refund and/or reimbursement for the cancellation.
Also, been chasing the refund for two months, live chat giving me the run-around. Complained to ECC... this company is a joke.
Just FYI, after all the heartache and wasted time chasing, they wrote saying they will refund the rest of the paid amount.
I will still be weary from using them again
Another situation that happened to my son, he paid extra "insurance" when booking his ticket in case he could not travel and needed to cancel for a full refund and when that was needed, they said they would only refund the airport taxes (which was less than the paid "insurance".
Just beware... make sure to read all the fine print. Better to pay a few $$ extra and just get direct from the airline.

Unreliable & unreachable. Still waiting for refund for a ticket that was not booked although they charged me. And after the alleged booked ticket of €35, two minutes later it cost €79, so lost all the other offers and still wait to get my money back. Worst company ever

the flight was canceled. there was an almost two month delay for refund and a terrible hassle to be informed about who (the travel agency or the airline company) will provide me with the refund

Hello .Had a problem with my flight for second time the same issue.
When i booked from Skyscanner the flight with the date and time from Athens to Mykonos and back they changed somehow the flight from late at night to morning.At first i thought that this was my mistake and give them a second chance.but this was a bad idea so now i have to scadule my holidays differently.send them some messages and they respond but they won't me to pay 50euro to change the flight when i could book from the company with 30e the same ticket.

VERY BAD SITE. THEY TRIED TO TAKE THE MONEY AND NEVER SENT THE TICKET

Made the mistake to order from them.
Price is different from skyscanner and their site.
In the page with the payment info, they have the airline costs and the extra costs from them and after all these details the final total cost, so you think that's all(same price you saw on skyscanner).
After you pay they charge that extra cost on your card.

Inadequate customer service and they also do not send a reminder that the check-in is open. Better to book the ticket directly from the airline company, as that is to whom they tell you to reach out to when there is an issue as it happened to us.

Stay away from them, totally a scam

Do not book with Petas.gr....no refunds...no vouchers...penalties for changing tickets...never answers the phone....

They offer "Money Back" which is an absolute scam. They return ~60% of the money in coupons that only you can use for the next 6 months. Scammers.. Don't use this platform

They asked for 50 euros for a 15kg luggage while the airline asks for 30.they will rip you off anyway they can.Also they have the cheapest flight rates but when you are in the process of booking the price rises suddently.I regret giving my money to these scams.

I had the misfortune to order tickets from this company to fly with the by far worst airline Volotea.
They cancelled the flight with no explanation what so ever and they can't provide a reason or a refund or an email reply.
So I contacted petas.gr and they told me I need to talk to Volotea since I can not get through them petas.gr did nothing to help horrible service hosts thieve companys just stay away not reliable

My name is Ioanna and i speak on behalf of 4 people. As far as I understand we are in the same position with lots of others who had the misfortune to use your service. We are waiting (for almost a year) our money refund due to flight cancelation caused by convid-19 pandemic. Until now all of your responses are at least ridiculous. This behavior or corporate attitude must end now so we are about to begin a legal process… in order for you to understand that you cannot fool all the people all the time no matter how long or expensive this might be. Beside the financial part of this move there is also an ethical part across your unethical strategy. For almost a year now you take advantage of all these people in order for you to cover your pandemic losses. It's unacceptable. We assume that all these time you feel free to act as that because you assume that nobody is going to do anything about it in the end. So here we come and we are determined to do it all the way because we don’t allow you or anybody to .underestimate our dignity

Awful company, can't recieve refund for the tickets that were booked on March 2020. Don't recommend to anyone to use this company.

They never answer to telephones or mails. They sell tickets in lower prices and you never get back all your money if something goes wrong.

In my opinion, worst travel agency ever. My request was to change my outbound. I called thousand times they never picked up! I sent them emails they also never answered. As a result I lost my flight and my money! Do not recommend
