OMG The item i bought was revolting. One arm twice as long as the other and hung way over my dogs leg. The distance between each arm was so close that i could only put one arm in - couldn't actually put both arms in at once. The quality was disgusting and it came in a parcel post grey bag with no other packaging. There were no tags on it to indicate what type of fabric, where it was from or the size etc. and when i tried to contact the company there was silence. I was very lucky however, because my bank refunded my money to me and i am assuming they now have the task of tracking down this company for a refund. Avoid them like the plague peoples

Hi there. No way to call these people, so emailed them. My sister, who is disabled with short term memory, placed a order for $59 last month and received 1) Confirmation of order email, 2) shipment email and 3) delivered email for her order. We then received a suspicious charge notification from her debit card company on a $108 order for you folks, but 1) could not sign into the account on their website, 2) did not find a confirmation email of order and thus reported it as fraudument. She received new card days later and they charged the same transaction on it also; so reported that as fraudulent also. What a PIA! If Pet Deluxe is listening and feels this is legit, then please look at your records on this date under my last name and email me confirmation of order ASAP.

The item arrived and is the exact same thing that can be bought for a fraction of this price from any Chinese site. It's not made or even designed in UK where I thought I was buying from, I am having to redo my review because the seller doesn't like what I originally wrote, but I can confirm the cheapness and quality of the item is as I expected, CHEAP!! I hope others take this advice and buy it for under £20 from many other sites.
