We’re expecting our little boy in a few weeks time so wanted a move that was quick and easy. Maryam from Peter Anthony made that possible! The whole process has been just over a week from being accepted to getting our keys. Communication has been wonderful throughout and we even received a little hamper upon collecting our keys with some goodies in like face masks, beers, vouchers and treats! So happy with the entire experience. Thank you again Maryam!

Myself and my partner were made homeless with our 11 month old daughter, we had rang up to request a viewing for a house with Peter Anthony and explained our situation, they provided us with a viewing that same day. I moved out of a privately rented property on the 25th of July. I have received no contact regarding my deposit that I payed in the branch on the same day I moved in. I followed all terms and conditions when moving out of the property yet this agent has failed to do the same. It was been nearly a month - I have contact the branch, property management and so on on several occasions. I have tried calling, emailing to no avail. I have left a complaint on the website and still, no one has contacted me. This is causing me undue stress and I am at a loss as to what to do next. I have contacted trading standards who have advised I seek legal advice should I not receive a response by the 25th of this month. Avoid this company at all costs!!!
I did not have a smooth sailing experience hence why I moved out - there was water damage to the kitchen sealing that someone came and painted over instead of fixing properly. I have acute asthma that has developed from living in the damp property. Again, I contacted them on so many occasions to rectify this yet experience the same issue that I couldn’t get through to anyone. Please please update me on this!! I am incredibly concerned and confused by this treatment when I looked after the property for over a year at regardless of such issues.

Do not use Peter Anthony if you are a tenant looking to rent a property. The flat we have tried to rent from them was uninhabitable and they were incredibly unhelpful with regards to sorting it. We were bounced between the landlord and agent regarding the issues that needed sorting and felt pressured into accepting the property and paying rent when it wasn't livable.

This company is a joke . They send me message 10 minutes before our appointment saying that they are not able to access to the apartment, the fun part is that I was outside and saw the agency guy inside , did not answer to my call also didn’t open the doors . Nice company I believe you must be a circus plenty of clowns there . Name of the agency guy (Greg barwick)

They are professional and they are doing great work.

I am an overseas investor in Liverpool property and hence the distance makes things that much more complicated. But I have found Gill Bell most helpful responsive, very market savvy and professional. I have no hesitation to recommend Peter Anthony.

I had a great experience from start to finish. From a very professional and informative valuation, the information pack was great. To Jamie handling a very long and drawn out sale process with professionalism and humour (which is what is needed in these situations!) He was a delight to deal with and went out of his way to get the sale completed. One tiny negative was a mishap with communication about a visit from the buyer, but I won’t hold that against him or his score. These things happen. Thank you so much Jamie, wish you all the best.
