Please avoid and look elsewhere it will save you money, time and most importantly any stress. This agency is a joke and they have no idea what they are doing. Can not be trusted and full of lies.

Never ever use this agency, me and my partner have had to deal with countless issues in our short period of dealing with peter Anthony. The first incident was when we attended our viewing of the property we rented, we were completely mis-sold by the agent (cameron) who had told use it was a nice area and he had never had any complaints however it turns out the area is completely infested with gangs and crime (i had my car window smashed in on the first night of the tenancy and saw gang activity on the daily on my street), also peter Anthony’s office is within 3 minutes of the address so they definitely know the area, the next issue was that the property was a tip (carpets look as if they haven’t been changed in decades, same goes for the walls).Multiple things were wrong with the house but after addressing our concerns with peter Anthony we were told the landlord wants to save money so no repairs will take place, we found this to be a complete joke and just shows the class of landlords peter Anthony deals with.Our third major concern was the water damage to the ceiling of our living room (caused by cheaper plumbing in the upstairs bathroom), instead of properly repairing the ceiling the landlord opted for a bodge job and just replastered it and drilled holes in the ceiling so when it leaked (every time we used the shower or emptied the bath) it would drip into our living rooms and even leaked onto my expensive laptop on several occasions. We were so appalled that we surrendered our contract as we didn’t feel safe or comfortable in the house, we left the house spotless (much better than the condition we got it in) and now mannish (another employee you cannot trust) has sent us an email demanding we pay nearly £300 for the cleaning of the house, complete joke these guys are absolute cowboys and cannot be trusted and engage in illegal practices , one last bit to add is that we did not receive the inventory of the house until a couple days before we left it( 5 months into the tenancy)

They never answer the phone! When they eventually do they cut you off! Finally Arranged a viewing in the morning on a property that I was told had had no viewings previously . Got a call at 3pm saying it had been rented out. !! No sorry or anything! Very unprofessional staff and company.

I recently completed my house move through Peter Anthony. Jamie was my main point of contact and was super helpful from initial viewings, trough the offers process to getting the keys.
Communication was great and he was always available for updates or to answer any questions i had. Would highly recommend Jamie and the whole company when buying a house.

From taking the photos to progressing the sale, Jamie and Tom worked hard to keep our sale on track and to complete by the end of June 2021. We were kept informed every step of the way and they were both proactive in dealing with solicitors to keep things moving. Happy to recommend them.

Navigating the rental market can be daunting, however Cameron's supportive approach made it a pleasurable experience minimising any unnecessary stress. We completed the purchase of our new home with Peter Anthony at the end of March this year. With the added stress of the stamp duty holiday deadline ending it was a rush to get the purchase over the line as quickly as possible. Jamie from the Levenshulme office was fantastic from the get go. Jamie helped move things along quickly and smoothly, he made sure that we kept up regular communication between ourselves and the seller so that we were always up to date with the progression of the sale. Jamie was always friendly and professional and we'd highly recommend him to anyone considering services from this agent. 5 Stars!
