My whole experience has been amazing, thank you especially to Cameron for guiding and helping me from the point of my viewing to handing me the keys. Would definitely recommend.

We recently rented Flat 5 in the Fedora house. Jenna Stoker guided us and helped us throughout this process. Ms. Stoker was tremendously helpful and helped us calmly and steadily across all the hurdles we encountered. Even though we were very happy with the flat and confident we would be perfect tenants, there were hoops to jump through inevitably. It was a relief to feel Ms. Stoker always had our best interest in mind. She was very responsive and willing to go above and beyond for us. Easily the best agent I have used in Manchester. Cameron got me in to see the flat quickly and was able to answer all of my questions there and then. Paperwork to sign up was all ready when promised. He was also always available to pick up the phone and got back to me when he said he would. Really good all round service

They never respond to emails or messages, I had a viewing, immediately after the viewing I sent my application and texted the agent that I sent everything. The following day... no response so I called and told them that I sent the email with all my details for the application and they said that they will take a look and give me a response... however I received no response so I called today as well in the morning and they told me that the agent is doing a viewing and I should call a bit later, I called later and guess what, the flat has been given to somebody else today in the morning. They tried to say that the applicant has been chosen from many applicants ... and then I am wondering what can be better than paying for 6 months upfront and giving a response straight after the viewing ? At least they should've had the decency to tell me and not waste my time. Not trustworthy at all and very unprofessional.

Ben Robertson was really responsive and helpful in the process of applying for our tenancy. We appreciated how straightforward and clear he was, and how he always had time to clarify anything we were unsure of.
