Excellent service. I was selling my 1 bed flat and was told by another estate agent to rent because 1 beds wouldn't sell. Peter Anthony was very confident we could, took excellent pictures within 24 hours of me giving a green light and I accepted an offer within the month. Peter and Jamie, both great to work with. Highly recommend!

As it was my first renting a property, Cameron really made it easy and was helpful, it was done quick without any hassle which we appreciated.

Cameron dealt with our rental sign up and was great from start to finish.

He showed us around the property, guided us through the tenancy contract process and was always on hand to answer questions over the phone and via email.

The tenancy process was mainly done online which makes things easier.

One thing that I think could improve is enabling customers to pay the holding deposit online rather than coming into the office.

But in general, great service from Cameron at the Levenshulme office and would recommend as an agency.

Cameron was great getting us a quick viewing and getting everything set up to move in, a mostly painless experience of moving especially given everything going on, we haven't had any problems just yet.

Not long moved into my own house and Cameron was very helpful with my questions and very quick with the tenancy process and getting me moved in considering the circumstances were in it didn’t stop Cameron from making sure I was able to move in ASAP

Peter Anthony couldn't of made it any easier for us. I dealt with Cameron who was my first point of contact and made the whole process so simply and easy. Very happy with the service received.

From the minute I applied for the current property I am in, Peter Anthony have been really helpful. I can't fault any of the staff, who are as responsive as they can be, especially in the current situation we find ourselves in. I have used Peter Anthony as my Letting Agent for my flat in Bootle since May 2020 & they have been excellent. In particular Gill Bell the Branch Manager has been fantastic from the start. She is always quick to respond to emails & any queries & it is easy to speak to her on the phone. Clearly she has a good work ethic & so does her team at Peter Anthony. I called a number of agents before deciding who to use & due to her personal attention & good communication skills I decided on Peter Anthony. I wish I used them before!!! Keep up the good work!!

There have been serious problems with the block management, but Gill never wavered in looking after my flat. We are looking forward to a brighter future.

I put 1 star because I can't put 0. My flatmate and I left the flat and returned the keys in the time required. We cleaned the house and left it way cleaner than how we got it and It's been more than half of a month and we still don't have answers about our deposit even though they said they'd be in touch in 5 days and by the law you should have it back in 10 days. Beware people. Don't rent with them. They are very unprofessional.
