Great service, and was happy to answer clarification questions after completing a valuation survey for me.

We instructed Peter Barry to help with party wall awards for our house renovation and mainly dealt with Callum Escott. He initially very clearly explained the process and the options, and was able to expertly navigate some tricky conversations with neighbours. He also had excellent attention to detail to ensure the awards were as accurate as possible.

I engaged Peter Barry to carry out a survey for a statutory lease extension. This was completed very quickly and was very detailed.

Peter Barry were contracted to carry out a Party Wall Agreement in Oct 2024. On 13 Feb 2025, I emailed Peter Barry informing that there was a dangerous incident regarding ' large items crashing into my flat roof coming from the building works'.
Later in the day I received an email response 'I am sorry to hear about this. I have passed this over to the surveyor and they will be able to help you with this directly'.
I have heard nothing since. Very, very unprofessional. I would expect a professional company to respond.

I recently used Peter Barry Surveyors in Fulham for a party wall agreement regarding a property in Putney. I dealt with David Brazier and Joanne Bartlett. They did a great job and made it a very smooth and quick process for both me and my neighbours. I would highly recommend them.
