Perfect service! Very friendly staff, very competent and helpful.

Peters and May are able to handle all the requirements for shipping my boat under "one roof." This includes loading and unloading surveys for shipping, trucking arrangements, customs clearing etc etc.

First time xfering something large overseas (boat), or anything. It was a seamless progress in ever aspect. Staff would unsolicitely provide me updates. This was the first time I have shipped a boat overseas and Peters & May (Craig) could not have been more helpful!

I have been working with Peters & May for the past 6 years for all of our shipping needs for the various racing programs I have been involved with, our last shipping movement from Japan to Europe was a tricky one, Kyle and Craig went above and beyond to ensure our complicated movement went as smoothly as possible with clear and regular communication throughout the process, I look foward in continuing work with Peters & May in the future

Peters & May provided a good and efficient overall service from beginning to end. We booked all inclusive shipping for our Seawind 1260 sailing catamaran, mast up, with water to water load/discharge from Singapore to Tarragona, Spain, including all agency services, import/export fees and documentation at both ends, a 3rd party load survey, voyage insurance, cradles and divers, basically, a complete package deal with no hidden costs or surprises. The voyage took 3 short weeks with 2 other stops in Turkey and France. Peters & May provided live tracking and e-mail updates for the entire voyage, load masters at both ends to co-ordinate stevedores and ships crew for the loading/discharging operations, and local staff present during loading in Singapore. The Peters & May commercial team were quick and helpful to provide any information via WhatsApp, e-mail and telephone, and if needed, we would not hesitate to book with them again in the future. Our private transfer of a Southerly 100 purchased in England to the European continent was less a sailing than bureaucratic challenge! Thanks to the Brexit, the ship must be cleared out at the British customs, presented at the European customs and then import tax and customs duties must be paid. And that means first and foremost forms forms forms forms. And first of all, you have to know which of them you have to have and for what.
Fortunately, there were Johanna and Caroline from Peters & May, Southampton, and Thorsten Johannsen, Nortrail Kiel. All three were super fast and always friendly and a great help with frequent mail back and forth. Big thanks!
Customs and all authorities seemed little familiar with such a procedure, so we felt like a precedent in England as well as France and Germany. Obviously, professional help is a must now. All are rich by one experience!

Would like to say thank you to Peters and May for a recent shipment for our 14m Catamaran from Thailand to Sydney Australia, The service was very professional and stress free, from the first contact with Charles Hazet with making the booking to the loading of our Catamaran onto the ship with the load master Frankie.

Usually I don't comment or rate a company, but for the team Peters & May I will make a exception.
The loading and discharging has been done smoothly without stress.
The communication and administrative parts which start a few months before loading has been very well managed and always pleasant.
All mails/Infos were short, precise and uncomplicated.
From my side I recommend this team and will trust them gain if I have to ship my boat!

Leigh in the UK was brilliant from the first time he phoned to when we delivered our little boat into the compound at Eastleigh. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. He pointed out how we could reduce the cost by removing a bracket. When the shipping line altered the quay date after we had set off to deliver, he ensured the shipping company covered to cost of haulage. We wish we had used Peters & May in Oz, Taurus here were the complete opposite.

Peters & May is a trustworthy carrier who with full commitment delivered our yachts safely from Polish to Girbaltar. Bearing in mind that they carry valuable and fragile vessels during the cruise, they made rational decisions to wait out bad weather, without risking crossing through a storm, during which possible damage could occur. We recommend cooperation with this carrier !!!

Rang the company on an unrelated matter and as soon as the saw there was no money, they put the phone down on me, no need to be rude, just be careful of a fickle company

Thanks to Mr.Hazet and the wonderful Genoa Team, we won together the challenge to load a yacht after the MYS on the ship.The window to prepare the operation was tiny, a combined sample of good will btween Shipyard,Peters and May and the delivery Captain and Crew allowed to be right in time.
