Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever, be aware! I used Crossnet International and Peters And May to transport my boat that I purchased which was in excellent condition. My boat arrived with damages and the Insurance (purchased through Them)and They denied to covered the damages . It is extremely frustrating to receive it with damages, that clearly occurred during transport and now not being able to depend on Them which promised to cover these types of incidents.

As bad as it gets!

Booked a 14000€ transport from Gibraltar to Germany but once the final contract was issued, destination was changed to Poland. Too late for us to change plans, so we went along.
Departure delayed several days.
Our sailboat suffered substantial damage during loading in Gibraltar. A repair estimated to around 17-20,000 Euro. The company admits that its their fault, all confirmed by loadmasters and surveyer, but they refer to their insurance company, (the insurance is mandatory and included in the transport package). Hence they don’t cover “simple scratching and denting” apparently they can treat an expensive yacht as a cargo-box. A cleat was torn out of the hull leaving a noticeable hole, a GPS antenna broken off, the push pit dented, several star shaped cracks around the bases of the pushpit, the aluminum rail was bent, the bow has suffered substantial damage, covering almost half a m2, due to rough handling, -and they call it a simple scratch. Once loaded onboard the ship, a crew placed a raw metal ladder on the metal painted gel coat , then dragged it 60cm leaving two 50-60cm long and 2mm deep scratches, -Not covered because its a simple scratch!
I have found hundreds of tiny rusty metal pieces burned into the gel coat, I assume they have been working on the ship during the passage. I haven’t even bothered to raise a claim, its useless.
Now they have been pulling my leg for 8 months, still without a solution. For months They kept promising me a solution in the coming days.
Their final proposal is an insulting 3600€.
The strategy is clearly to drag it out till I give up.
-This is as bad as it gets!
