A&E Plumbing and Heating Services 

A&E plumbing and heating services were outstanding. We had a baxi combi boiler installation, replacing a conventional system. It’s been installed a few weeks now and we are thrilled to say everything is running perfectly and I’m not sure how we survived on the old system. The pipe work is super neat and tidy, they were very polite and easy to chat to, most helpful and took more than ample precautions to make sure the house was left spotless and everything in good shape. I would recommend these guys to friends and family without a second thought. Thank you for providing an honest and excellent service.

Very happy with the overall service, from the initial visit by Amit who did a great assesment of the property and thus reccomending the best boiler for the job and then the installation by Mani and his two work mates who worked tirelessly to get the job done in a very timely manner. Great professional company who left me a happy customer. Would reccommend!

Replaced my old boiler with a combi boiler last year. They removed the cold water tank and hot water tank that were no longer needed and took all rubbish with them. An absolute joy to have them in the house for the two days it took. Professional at all times. The boiler is so efficient that the gas bills have gone down :)

First class in every aspect, site survey by Amit completed in a timely professional manner. Price quoted, which included a complete boiler change and other work was very competitive.
The work was carried out primarily by Syed assisted by Shahid, both more than capable engineers, they worked tirelessly over two days to complete the installation only to be thwarted by a pressure issue. This was sorted by a regulator change at the meter and the installation finished.
I have no hesitation in recommending A&E Plumbing Services based on this excellent experience.

We had a combi installed over the weekend. Job was quick, clean and the installers were very pleasent. Prices are competitive and more than reasonable.

We had to contact 12 months after installation due to a lost benchmark book, even after this time A&E plumbing were still very pleasent and eager to help.

Because of these reasons 5 star! Would Highley recommend.

The salesman was rather pushy and hard to get a straight answer out of, which should have made me wary, but their quote was a few hundred pounds cheaper than all the others so I went with them. Unfortunately, the standard of work and care taken by their fitters was not great. The people they sent turned up late, didn't seem to understand all the stuff they were fitting and eventually gave up at 9pm and had to send someone out the next day to complete the job. They also left rubbish all over the garden. When I complained they did send someone back to pick it up, but he only did this partially. When I complained firstly the pushy salesman denied this, but then made a sarcastic apology and said "I will drop a box of chocolate to make you happy". He hasn't.
My advice is to pay a bit more and avoid this firm.

I have had contact with all sorts of installation engineers and this company and its engineers must be one of the most efficient and polite company's I have ever dealt with, from the sales manager who showed a vast knowledge of the products and was able to guide you to the correct system to the engineers who had perfect knowledge of all aspects of the installation plus a bonus of being so understanding about your needs preparing to go the extra mile.

From the very first phone call to the ultra- prompt tidy up on a small snag, the whole process has been a pleasure. Great value and even better quality with a really superb finish, we were more than delighted with the end result. I would strongly recommend Syed Ali from A&E

I needed to have my old 20 year old combi boiler replaced. The original location was in a small loft above my kitchen. After receiving 3 eye watering quotes ranging from £2.8K to £4k and ‘grumbles’ and spurious references to Work at Heights regulations of locating it in the same place, I registered with a Find a Tradesman website.

A couple of days later I received a call from Petes Heating services who are located in Birmingham. Being from Coventry I explained that I really wanted a local trader but was persuaded to give them the opportunity to come out and conduct a site visit.

The sales manager arrived on time and spent quality time conducting a site survey. He advised that they can fit any boiler of your choice but specialise in the Baxi, Valliant, Worcester Bosch and Ideal. When I received their quote 2 days later, I was pleasantly but suspiciously surprised by the price which was considerably lower than the previous lowest quote.

After a lot of deliberation and after reading the reviews on Trust Pilot and other review sites and also being on a tight budget, I decided to give them a go.

A time and date was arranged which was within 2 weeks of receiving the quote. The engineer arrived on time with a Trainee in tow for support. Both were very pleasant and professional. The job was completed by 2pm . Other quotes suggested 1-2 days for the work to be completed!

However when conducting final tests, it was discovered that the central heating was not operating correctly. The engineer suspected the pump was faulty (I know – it doesn’t bode well for a brand new Valliant boiler!) . He called his main contact at Valliant was able to make a 9am appointment for the next day.

The Valliant engineer arrived on time and within 15 mins had diagnosed a faulty pump which he said was extremely unusual for a brand new appliance. He replaced the pump and the whole job was complete in 45 mins.

The engineer from PHS, came back later in the afternoon to complete a very thorough commissioning process. The job was neat and tidy and they took away all of the waste.

In conclusion, whilst the Sales Manager can be somewhat persistent in promoting the company I am glad I took the risk and can wholeheartedly recommend this company. I also saved a shed load of money.

Recently I have took services from A&E in installing new boiler and installing Hive. They have done very well. Out 5 quotes which I got. They are the best and service is excellent. I recommend them.
