Great price, wonderful service. Came on the designated day early and just got on with the job. Engineer was friendly, polite and very efficient. Did a very good job and explained everything. Would not hesitate to use them again.

The A & E personnel were punctual and competent and I was especially impressed by the Lead Engineer Manpreet. He finished on time, explained everything and did not leave a mess. The total price was very competitive when compared to other companies and I would definitely recommend A & E Plumbing and Heating Services.

Amit came to my house and gave me a competitive quote, explained the work that would be done, which boiler would be best and gave a reasonable wait time which I was happy with. The whole experience was positive. The only reason I didn't give 5* is because when it came to fitting the new boiler the fitters decommissioned my old boiler and then told me I needed all new pipe work because the old ones couldn't take the new pressure. The pipes were visible so this is something I felt should have been addressed at the initial quote stage or by the fitters before they left me without heating and no option but to go immediately for the more expensive option of replumbing my house. Fortunately I was in a position to be able to. After fitting care was great through Amit when I had an issue with my system set up, the engineer was more hit and miss to get a response from. Would recommend.

I completely recommend A&E plumbing because they are very professional and friendly. After the initial phone call, Amit visited to see the task and give a quote, which was very competitive. He also suggested what he thought would be the best boiler and capacity for the house. Once everything was agreed, I was given an installation date. Manny and his mate came and did a good job and it was only after that that I was asked to pay. Further, we had a pipe leak after the installation. Again, Amit got Manny and his mate to come and fix it, and even balanced all the radiators at no extra cost. Top guys! Fully recommend. Eugene, Birmingham

I am really happy with this company. They come on the time and had great job quickly.other companies told me it will take 2 days to replace the boiler but this company finished thier job in one day . They make sure everything perfect before they left . Highly recommended.Amit is a great guy .

Amit came round and informed me of a variety of options for a new boiler which would also be good enough to hear my new extension. He was honest and competitive. On the day of insulation I was able to secure a weekend slot as I work in the week. The engineers were professional and showed me how to operate my new boiler. I cannot fault the whole process and I really appreciate everything they did for me.

A&E Plumbing and Heating Services were very good to deal with. The requirements for our replacement heating boiler were thoroughly investigated in the visit by Amit Chhabra prior to quotation so that everything was covered and the subsequent installation by the engineer Mani was done efficiently and cleanly. We are very satisfied with the outcome and happy to recommend.

Very fast response to rectify an issue of obtaining another copy of gas safe certificate for property sale which they fitted 2 yrs prior. By giving me contact numbers and also obtaining and forwarding me the copy the very same day.

I had a new boiler fitted by A & E plumbing. I could not have been more pleased with the efficient way the work was expertly carried out.
There was no mess , no fuss they just got on with the installation exactly as I was told it would be.

Excellent customer service for installing a new Boiler as well as upgrade pipework to immersion tank as well as setup smart Hive hub. Quotation was good value and service was quick. Issue with no hot water after the first visit but this was promptly resolved. I will continue to use this company for annual servicing to keep the warranty valid. Well done.
