Petfon dog tracker in Ireland
Petfon dog tracker just does not work in mountain areas with trees. I must have the tracker a year at this stage and when my two dogs go off chasing deer it never tracks them once they get out of blue tooth range. The GPS does not work and the GPS upgrade PLC7907's will not upload in Ireland no matter how many times you try too.
Its a complete waste of money unfortunately.

I'll make it plain and simple. It is never explained the reason this company removed the app in Google Play.
Their replacement link provided is an unknown resource link that is uncompatible with Samsung Galaxy phone. I am unable yet to find solution to resolve this.
This is intolerable and bad service with Petfon.

is this a scam?
I bought this "smart tracker" as a present for someone to use to track her dog. Her birthday may even have been after 30 days later I can't remember.
So dont rely on the "30 day money back guarantee" it takes more than 30 days to find out whether it works or not. She and I struggled for weeks.
I registered with petfon.com and then sent emails asking for help. No replies. So don't rely on their "topnotch support".
I wonder if this just works in the US and not worldwide because I am in UK. They did send the tracker to the UK. Shouldn't do that if it doesn't work here. But how would I know if they don't reply?
I'm obviously unhappy with the whole product and service and reckon I've just lost my money.
