Give this company a wide birth I ordered just under £60 worth of clothing and they never arrived after hearing nothing from my emails I’m. Ow contacting my bank for a fraudulent company … please don’t order from this company your items won’t arrive

Absolutely love this boutique. I bought my Granddaughter a pram suit, hat and booties from Pangasa that will keep her lovely and snuggly all winter.

I recently ordered £189 worth of clothes but used a 15% discount which I had been sent by email. Obviously my mistake for thinking like everywhere else I could return as normal within the 14 day time frame, I could not, I was unaware that if you use a discount code you are ultimately punished if you want to return as they only offer a gift card which I found out the hard way. I shop a lot for my little boy but this has put me off using this website again and I won’t be recommending. Obviously I will have to use it otherwise I have lost £88.40 gift card I’ve been sent instead of my actual refund. Please don’t make the same mistake as I did in thinking if you use a code they send you to your email you can use the same returns process as I’m now out of pocket which I cannot afford to lose! I contacted customer service who basically said I should’ve read the returns policy before ordering.

The product descriptions and size guides are detailed and accurate, which is so important when shopping for kids.

The clothing itself is beautiful, comfortable and durable. Shipping was incredibly fast, and everything arrived beautifully packaged. Well deserving 5 stars.

Just received another order from this little shop and I’m impressed as always. The best children’s wear I’ve shopped online, quality is always perfect and packaging is lovely. They are always very helpful when help with sizing is needed.

We bought a dress and a couple of baby suits for our grandchildren.We were really impressed with the quality of our purchases and they were all delivered on time.

Made order months ago after months of waiting they couldn’t get the item, gave me a credit voucher and a free baby hat that was very kind but the waiting for months not good only realised l hadn’t had my order after l phoned months later sorry very poor service don’t think l will use these again also gave a refund but the months waiting was poor service

I hadn’t ordered from this website for a while but having just had an order delivered I realised why I’d liked it before. Firstly there’s a great choice of beautiful clothing from around Europe. Then there’s the brilliant customer service when I needed to know about realistic sizing. And finally there’s the prompt delivery of a cute pink parcel! I’ll be shopping here again very soon.

I always buy my kids clothes from here & if I am gifting for a new born this place is my go to the clothes are absolutely amazing & the quality is unbelievable. There is a reason everyone shops from petits amours & that’s because it’s the best!

One of my orders is coming wrong,I did email to the customer service but no reply my email and I can’t even return it , so I’m really disappointed

Awful customer service ordered a suit that is to small paid over £40 wanted it changing to next size up and when contacting them after over a week of trying to get through I finally got through to get told you have to pay £5 yourself to send it back and get next size! With a horrible attitude from women on the phone I’m returning my parcel now for full refund as this is the worst customer service experience I have received!

Just love the clothing and Chelsea is just the best in helping with sizes decisions and really helpful the shop is amazing x
