We purchased the WeeBus prior to the birth of our 3rd child, but unfortunately once it, and the new baby, arrived it didn’t suit our day to day needs despite being a wonderful model. We ended up having to return it sadly. But I want to comment on the absolutely wonderful customer service we received throughout our correspondence with the company. It is so rare these days, and on that basis alone I would be happy to recommend them to anybody, and award 5 stars.

Honestly this wagon is doing more for me than half the stuff in my house including my husband 😅 It’s so pretty, really sturdy, and has basically become the kids’ personal VIP ride — they’re obsessed! Makes days out so much easier and actually looks cute doing it, which is a win in itself.
I did have a small issue at the start, but it was sorted so quickly and so well I barely had time to worry. And I have to say, their customer service is unreal — so easy to get hold of any day, even weekends, which you just don’t get these days! Massive shoutout to Monty as well, who fixed the wagon while all three of my kids watched him like he was in a zoo exhibit 😂 and he still managed to smile through it!
We get stopped constantly asking where it’s from… honestly feel like I should be on commission at this point 😂 I’m basically doing free promo every time I leave the house.

This beetle wagon is a topper! I’ve been eyeing for this “american” brand of wagon for a while until I saw this brand which is UK based. I have twin girls and a year old boy, so double buggy is not anymore our option. We have holiday plans coming up soon so we needed something like this and its perfect! We brought this in the Zoo yesterday and was receiving lots of compliments. Plenty of storage and zips, has canopy when it rains, its quite heavy- that means its great quality, I still need to study how to fold it compactly. They gave me a storage bag for the wagon as an extra and that was really nice. Customer service is excellent too!

From a smooth well communicated delivery to using the Wee bus for the first time, I’m very pleased with my purchase and early bird discount. We have used a it in the snow, rain and sunshine already! The babies love sitting in it and the whole idea of being able to safely go out for daily walks with larger groups has been a real game changer for our nursery. Thank you so much!

After much research into wagons in September 2024 I decided to invest in The Beetle. I’ve now used it for a full academic year so felt a good time to review.
As a childminder who walks everywhere, I have used this daily. Most of the time carrying 3 EYFS children . It has seen us right through all kinds of weather. Snow, rain, storms and the latest heatwave. The canopy and its variety of uses has done its job. We use it for school runs, Forest school trips and our allotment ._Alongside children it’s transported our plants and the many pockets means I can carry everything we need on every journey.
I lost one of the handle caps a couple of months ago. A quick email and there were 2 sent out in the post the following day. Customer service is fantastic.
I have had my moneys worth this year and know it will see us for many more years to come.

I was a bit skeptical about purchasing yet another item for transporting the kids 😂 — but I’m so glad we found the Petit Wagon!

With three children aged five and under (one with additional care needs) and a small car boot (VW Golf TDI), we needed something compact yet practical. After lots of searching, I came across the Petit Wagon — and honestly, it’s been a game changer.

It fits perfectly in our boot with space to spare, and all the accessories are included in the price, which is amazing value compared to other wagons on the market. The design is thoughtful and high-quality, with plenty of storage compartments, a snack tray for the kids, and little touches that make outings so much easier.

We recently purchased a National Trust pass to explore more of the UK, and this wagon has made those trips so much more manageable. Our daughter tires easily and needs regular moisturising and outfit changes, so having the wagon with us has meant we can take care of her comfortably and privately wherever we are. It’s made a big difference.

The kids absolutely love riding in it together — especially our youngest, who prefers it over the stroller (which was more suited for city trips). And for us, no more lugging around multiple bags — everything has its place now.

If I had to mention one small thing, it’s that it’s slightly heavy for me to push when it’s fully loaded with all the kids and gear — but that’s to be expected, and it’s still manageable.

Compared to something like a Babyzen Yoyo, it’s obviously bulkier, but for a wagon, this is probably the most compact and practical option out there.

I’ve already had several people ask me about it, and I’ve been more than happy to recommend it. A brilliant investment for any family who loves getting out and about!

P.S I had to add a mention about the customer service! Excellent! Once I found it I wanted it asap but they didn’t have any in stock and was about to do a pre order for July. I needed it sooner and they said they may have a few available after a week. They got back to me and I purchased straight away!

We first came across the product at an exhibition and, after some consideration, decided to make the purchase—and we’re so pleased we did. The children in our nursery absolutely love it, and it has proven to be a fantastic investment. The customer service was excellent, and ordering the outdoor cover directly from their website was quick and efficient. Thank you for a great experience.

We love out new Petit Wagon, so much so we then went on to order a second one! It was speedy delivery, and they are very easy to put together.
We are a very busy children's nursery and they get used everyday so let's hope they last a long time, it has only been a week but impressed so far! It is also good to know they come with a guarantee.
We had a issue with the storage cover we had purchased for the wagons (we had ordered the wrong ones), and with no quibble it was sorted out for us at no additional cost.
I am very impressed with their customer service, and look forward to purchasing more Petit Wagons from them in the future!

Wow! We love our two petit Wagons! I originally purchased the wagons to help with our staffs manual handling, as they're easier to get out than the triple prams we have. They are easy to wheel and look great. The children can't wait to get into them and often smiling and giggle at each other on their walks now they face each other. Our parents love them too and love seeing pictures of them in it!

My wagon arrived straight away and is a fantastic quality. I love how strong it is. I found the instruction booklet a little difficult to follow, but after watching the video it all became clear and simple. I did find that one of the seat sets would not open. I looked on reviews and questions and found no answer. However, as soon as I raised the query to Petit wagon they immediately sent me out another set of seats which are perfect. I think they must have been damaged during delivery. I am very happy with my purchase and can't wait to take the children out in my nursery.

The petite wagon is an excellent product. We are currently using it in our daycare service is it spacious and sturdy with an excellent design, lots of storage and best of all it is so quick and easy to fold away. We would highly recommend this wagon :)

We have received our this morning, and as soon as we built it, our 2 and 4 year old jumped straight into it, saying how much they love it.

Dealing with The Petit Wagon Company was a joy from start to finish. The whole ordering process was easy and it was great to speak with the team behind it.
The wagon itself is easy to put together and is sturdy without being too heavy. Very easy to drive bout and the children love being in there. It's so great that they can face each other and chatter away. So much storage space too. This was definitely the best purchase we've made.

We recently purchased the Petit Wagon for our setting and we have found this to be amazing! As we have children who are unable to walk, we have had to take out more than one pram when we are on outings. With the Petit Wagon, we can have four children sitting all together going on a magical adventure. They have loved being able to sit more upright and watch what is going on alongside them. We found the instructions and also the video very helpful when putting it together, thank you!

I bought two Beetles from Petit Wagon recently for my small day nursery in Manchester. They are a great addition, the parents love that their children are going out each day & the staff love using them.

The children absolutely love sitting in them! We’ve taken the toddlers, pre-schoolers and babies out locally for nature walks & relished our new found freedom. The snack tray across the middle is super practical, allowing the children’s drink bottles to sit securely in front of them.

From a safety perspective, I bought the wagons with an additional use in mind:- as baby evacuation trollies. When practicing a fire drill, children were easily transferred & it was a smooth process.

We have tested them out in the rain and they kept the children completely dry and were easy to dry off & put away. I would like to venture out on a bus journey with the wagon and hope that it will fit on the bus.

We had one mishap on our first try of folding up and then reopening the wagons. One of the seat stands when folded up with the wagon, had bent in the opposite direction meaning it wouldn’t bend back into the correct position to click into the base when folding out. I had to worryingly give it a lot of force to bend it backwards & I was worried it would snap! We have learnt to remove the seats first when folding the wagons up.

So far, we are really happy with our purchase, they look amazing and the quality is excellent. The children are beyond happy with them and staff find them easy to push and set up.

I was impressed with the speed of customer service communications and I was happy with how my questions were handled & also the speed of delivery. I received my wagons in 2 days!

We are a family of 4 young children and we also run a childminding business. We love this wagon!! It’s been a great addition to our business and the little children love it. It’s well made, comfortable and easy to use. Love all the storage and the canopy and so well priced compared to others. Couldn’t be any happy with it!

My first experience with the beetle was great. I received it today and of course I had to take it for a test drive immediately. It was very easy to assemble, following the video. The Beetle rides very easily, I was worried about the front wheels as had an opportunity to test another brand (cheaper one) and I didn't like it. I tried the Beetle on a field as well with 3 little ones in it and still it was easy to maneuver it . I am so glad I got it 😊. Now need only the cup holder which was out of stock when I was ordering it 😆.
I am also able to lift it in my van. The customer care is very helpful too.
