Great customer service and quality products

We have used the printroom for sometime now for all of our company uniform, yesterday we emailed for an order of some jumpers we needed urgently and they had them printed and ready to collect within 24hrs, amazing service.

Great service with a quick turnaround and the product I ordered was perfect.

Good customer service can not be assumed anymore in our society and is more a rareity than the norm nowadays. I was so impressed by the service I received from The Print Room that I felt compelled to share.
From my first enquiry via email, I constantly had quick responses and felt very valued as a customer. My requests were not straightforward so many emails were exchanged before my final order was placed. I was always fully informed on the progress of my order and when I went to collect my products I was really impressed. Two of the assistants helped me carry my merchandise to my car insisting it was no trouble at all. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and would certainly use them again in the future.
