I wish negative stars were an option. This company is a scam. They claim to be based in the USA, but that’s actually a lie. They’re based out of China, and will over charge you for cheap micro sized garbage, that will arrive at a glacial pace. Then when you’re dissatisfied, they’ll FINALLY agree to refund you, if you’re able to read/write in Chinese to send the micro sized garbage back to them. And even though it took them over 2 month to get your garbage to you, you have to have it back to them in 10 days. Not business days. 10 days. Learn from my mistakes and don’t buy from this company.

This such a scame fake address won't give a phone number. The picture they show isnt ther place of business. State of Utah doesn't even have them listed as valid company. Would like to know other people that have gotten scammed

i order a 2 in 1 pet training system/ wireless fence. i order it in april and did not get it until the end of july. i waited 3 months for this. and it does not work or look like the product that was on the website, i have been going back and forth with these people. they are full of sh!t no lie.

I only have 1 Star because it wouldn’t let me write a review without giving a star. I wouldn’t have given ANY if possible. This order took over 2 mos to obtain, the size was much smaller than described, half the thickness pictured on the website, and nowhere near as ‘plush’ as described. When I complained, they offered me a measly $2 refund, then upped it to $4, and finally $8 after spending $47. Ridiculous! This company is a total scam! Beware!!

worst experience I purchased 3-in-1 Smart Robot Vacuum, Mopper, and Sweeper - Robot Vacuum × 1 but instead all they send me is a vacuum cleaner, missing the entire base station, all they can do is apologize and offer me a $3 credit....this company is a scam do not waste your time or money...they are based out of Hong Kong not sure why they are usint UT as an address....SCAM, SCAM, SCAM

told them to cancel my order, after 4 days of ignoring me they shipped it & then it took 2 months to get here only for it to be way smaller than advertized.

-5 star! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! if anyone knows a way to stop them please do!!!! Paid 50 dollars for a 3 in 1 vacuum mop that returns to docking station, received the most ridiculous vacuum. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! THE "customer service" gave me a 3 doller refund because "their cost is to high". I'm blown away that these people are even still able to get away with this!!! I will be contacting BBB!

I would give a -5 if I could. Definitely not what I paid $50+ for and I will be having my bank cancel the transaction for a full refund!!! I ordered a robotic vacuum cleaner that is supposed to return to its docking station and empty contents and clean itself, I got a smashed box that weighs 2lbs with a generic machine that took 5 weeks to get here! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!!!

They are a SCAM! I ordered a calming bed and a different shade of color arrived. I wanted to return it to receive the correct color. They did everything to avoid a shipment back to them and instead they insisted on a refund of $2 or $4 from a $32.94 purchase. I kept going back and forth with them. Ultimately they asked that I re-gift it to someone. I reported them to the BBB.

I don’t even want to give them 1 star. They claim they are located in Utah, but my order is coming from China. I placed an order on 4/21/2020 and still nothin 3 months later. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM SITE!!!!

I ordered a vacuum, mop and sweeper over 3 months ago approx, still waiting???

My review is like every other one on here. I’m attempting to figure out how many places I can review this company so no one else is scammed. Was charged $88 for two pet beds which said fitted dogs up to 100 pounds. My 56 pound dog does not fit on the one pet bed that arrived. The second bed is still not here. Today is July 11th, purchased on April 25th. Company refuses to allow me to return them, even though their own literature says they have a 30 day moneyback guarantee. These are criminals. They continue to offer me $2 dollars, then $4 dollars, then $10 as compensation for both beds. Just filed a dispute with my credit card company. Wish I had checked reviews on this company before purchasing. Expensive lesson to learn!

I want to give them no stars if I had a choice! I wish I read everyone’s review before purchasing. I received a bed that was the wrong size. I asked for a exchange or refund and they offered $2. I’m so upset! Google maps shows the address in Utah at a Grandmas bakery! How do we report this company? They are a total rip off! They have an easy return policy which is a total scam! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

TERRIBLE and absolutely a scam. When they finally sent me a tracking number its show bogus information in China and the package still hasn't moved since 5/17/20 when I had ordered it well before that. I've contacted support many times and have received not much of a response.

When they did respond they told me they could not cancel the order or refund it. That I needed to be patient because of COVID. And then they said they would refund me $2 on a $50 order.

Contact your bank immediately.

Waited 2.5 months for a large dog bed. Just like the other reviewers here, I received one that would fit my cat.

My experience is the same as everyone else on this page I waited 2.5 months for a large size pet bed only to receive a small bed for $44.98! They offer to refund $2 then $5. They mention something about a California company but they have an address in Utah. Total scam!
