I wish negative stars were an option. This company is a scam. They claim to be based in the USA, but that’s actually a lie. They’re based out of China, and will over charge you for cheap micro sized g... See more

It's a scam

It's a scam! Do not buy from these people. It's not a US company, but they're based and ship from China. I have been waiting over a month for an order that (according to their own website) would take a few days to ship from within the US. They cannot provide a valid tracking reference and have no idea when my order will arrive. I've asked them for weeks to cancel the order and after offering me $2 off my $90 order they have now stopped responding all together. Do not buy from them. It's not a real company.

Wrong Size Premium Dog Bed

I ordered a dog bed that was suppose to fit a dog up to 150 pounds, after 2 months I received it and it was the wrong size ( a small!).
I emailed them and they offered me a $2 refund for a $50 bed. Unless you have $50 to waste I would not advise purchasing from this company.
I will adjust my review pending the outcome of Petlool's error.

Rip off

Ordered on 4/15/20 a pet bed that said it fits 100# dog. Showed up 6/24 and is about big enough for my cat. Rip off.

Worst decision ever making business…

Worst decision ever making business with them. The information in their site is deceiving and then they don't take responsibility for the piece of plastic that they sent from China. Customer service offered $3 dollars for the inconvenience after cashing $70 and if I wanted a refund I had to pay and do the shipment back to China because it was "Too complicated and expensive for us to do" At the moment of this review I received a new email confirming again the order and shipment of the crap they sent in first place. If I get charged, again, I'll dispute the transaction with my bank and report them to the Consumers Protection agency.

Petlool.com 100% RIP OFF WEBSITE

Petlool.com 100% RIP OFF WEBSITE. The product they promoted on their webpage, and what appeared at the top of a google product search, was a Narwal Robot Vacuum for $50. It took almost 2 months to arrive and when it did it was nothing like what was represented on their website. I mean nothing like it!!! Promoted this great looking product, and sent me actual junk. I decided to get in contact with manufacturer of the vacuum and they confirmed I had been ripped off. It was only $50, but I’d rather handed that to someone who really needed it. So, don’t trust Petlool.com it’s fake garbage!! Also please remember I followed the very first link on the google product search. It is still the 1st website that comes up when you search Narwal Robot Vacuum. Hey google - get your act together!!!
