I've been waiting for my order for 4 months .. When I email them, it takes a month for them to reply and receive the same answer each time. They are a big joke

Unbelievable. Called over 10 times (automated message, no one manning the phones), e-mail I believe 8 times...they responded with a coupon once...no confirmation of order. 2.5 months after ordering, I received my doormat...which wasn't a door mat at all. It was still in the plastic and extremely flimsy and already falling apart. I will ALWAYS check online reviews first. Learned my lesson the hard way.

Bought large dog mat at end of November for a Christmas gift. Website said 5-9 business days. I tried to cancel Dec 11 when I suspected it wouldn't arrive in time. No reply. Jan 24 it arrived. I'm trying to return it but impossible to get a prepaid return label. My credit card company is investigating but have been nice to refund me as long as I return it. No USA add..so tomorrow I'm mailing it back to China. DO NOT BUY. Besides THE TERRIBLE service, it's a cheap foam mat (like the foam in a couch), 1/4 inch thick that will not last winter.

Could not agree more with the 30 previous reviews, this Company is useless and should be removed from all Websites, like PayPal, who deal with them. Ordered in November, chased in December, did not arrive in time for Christmas, but turned up in January (sounds as if I was lucky to receive anything!) - mat quality poor and will certainly not survive outdoors. Also, why do they charge more for two+ dog faces, they only have to reproduce one image, whether the picture contains 1 or 10 dogs! Have not received the courtesy of a reply to my complaint e:mails, so will be contacting PayPal for a refund.

I ordered a door mat on Nov17th, 2019. As of Jan. 1st, 2020, I never received it. I had to get PayPal involved to get a refund. Don’t bother with this place...the customer service sucks, and it’s a joke of a company. Save your time and money. I wish I could give them a zero but in order to write a review I had to give them one star.

Their product bad quality- and when you wanna use the 60days money back guarantee- the totally ignore your email and messages! I still haven’t received half my order and the first part is nothing like the pictures on their website!

I ordered a dog mat start of November, still has not arrived, I send emails twice a week asking for a refund and NO RESPONSES. The tracking number they gave me is not legitimate either. DISGUSTING
Never ever would I recommend anyone order from this company.

I ordered a mat from pet mojo but never received it, they somehow got my address wrong and will not make it right. So (if it was actually sent) I hope someone enjoys it, considering my wife isn't.... 2 thumbs down...

Such a scam company! Don’t waste your time and money, the aggravation is just not worth it! Never have received the door mat. Sure wish I never ordered it. Now time to call visa to dispute the charge!

Having read other contributors' reviews (after having ordered a dog mat), I was very concerned that I would never receive the item. However, the dog mat arrived today (much later than I had anticipated). The quality is poor, I don't think that it will stand up to many people walking on it as it is very flimsy. The standard of the printing is not great either. I would not recommend.

Total scam - ordered a dog mat - never came!!! According to their website they offer a 60 day money back guarantee but you can't contact them to get your money back!! I hate social media. Never again!

It’s a shame I can’t leave 0 stars. Definitely just a scam. Ordered my item over a month ago, and after several emails finally received what was clearly just an automated type of email from a “Darcy.” I responded to it several times and never got another response again. Paid $41 for the item and it was indeed taken out of my pay pal account. I did dispute it with Pay Pal. Also filed a complaint with the BBB. I would suggest everyone to take the time to put in a complaint to the BBB in the hopes that this website can be shut down and no further victims be conned by these crooks.

The order I placed never arrived. I will try to get my money back through PayPal.

Appalling Quality

Took 6 weeks and then came with appalling quality. AVOID

I did not receive my order and I am not receiving any responses to my emails or phone call. Very disappointing. I will dispute with my CC company and report to the BBB.

Horrible experience. I ordered on Thanksgiving and according to the timeline on their website should have received my product a week ago. Tomorrow is Christmas and it's still in China. Customer service is non existent. Beware. Garbage company.

I can’t get the bank to stop the transaction and no one will reply to my request for a refund.
This company is obviously a scam but they should be taken off all social media and search engines and maybe hundreds of other people won’t fall into the same trap that I have 😡😡😡

Dreadful, no answer to emails and no goods. Tracking doesn't work. Raising a dispute with PayPal. So disappointed.

Ordered a mat and five weeks later it has not been received. Several phone calls go to voice mail and no call back is received and e mails are ignored.

I have used my credit card issuer to dispute the transaction so optimistic I will get a refund!

Caution when using these guys and they are ether a scam or just useless at client service
