Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Never received merchandise and was billed for it. Disputed it with my credit card. This website is a scam. You cannot reach them by phone only voice message. Have not received my item after 30 days and have repeatedly tried to contact the seller without any response. Tacking numbers sent on the order do not work on either their own website or the courier's. It is not recommended to use this company. Have reported them to Paypal

This website is a scam. Stay away!
They either have zero idea of how to run an online business, or it's a complete fraud.
I ordered 2 products on April 18 and their website says the delivery will take 5-7 business days.
As of today, the products haven't even shipped and the customer service team is MIA. They answered my emails only once (with considerable delay + they never pick up the phone) and apologized simply saying the products would be on their way ASAP. This was a week ago and never heard back.
