Fantastic personal service. My petpen is amazing and high quality as promised. So much better than a crate. I love the fact that you can see your pooches, its much easier to clean and very attractive in the house. Assembly was a doddle too.

We initially couldn’t find a crate that suited our needs but came across Petpen through a recommendation from the breeder. Even though it’s more expensive than traditional crates it’s worth every penny. The reassurance that our little dog cannot harm himself inside means everything to us.
The crate itself is well made and simple to put together. We brought the bed, blanket and bowl too all of which are excellent quality.

Brought the large size to accommodate him even when fully grown.

Communication was and is still excellent and cannot recommend Petpen any higher. If you want the best crate for your dogs then look no further.

The PetPen is a superb, beautiful product that is very-well built and is very easy to assemble and the service that we have received from Matt has been fantastic.
Our Miniature Dachshunds (Bella and Bear) love it very much, and they love spending time in it.
Would definitely recommend the product to anyone looking for an alternative to a traditional dog crate/cage.

I honestly couldn’t be happier with my PetPen! From the moment we set it up, I knew it was exactly what we’d been looking for. The design is absolutely beautiful — it looks so modern and stylish in our home, nothing like a traditional metal crate. It blends perfectly with our décor and actually feels like a piece of furniture rather than a cage.

You can really tell a lot of thought has gone into both the aesthetics and the comfort for dogs. It feels safe, cosy and well-made, and our pups absolutely love this one — they happily take themselves in without any encouragement, which says it all! It’s so reassuring to see them feel that comfortable and secure.

Assembly was simple and straightforward too. It’s rare to find a pet product that combines functionality and design so well. I’m genuinely so happy with our purchase and would highly recommend PetPen to anyone looking for a stylish, high-quality alternative to a standard crate.

I’m really happy with this pet pen! The team came to set it up for me, which made the whole process completely stress-free. Everything was assembled quickly and securely, and the pen feels very sturdy and well-made.
It gives my pet plenty of room to move around safely, and I love how versatile it is — you can easily adjust to fit your needs. It’s also easy to move or store when not in use. Overall, great quality and excellent service. I would definitely recommend this pet pen to other pet owners!

This petpen is a warm safe cosy space unlike any other crate on the market would highly recommend 🐾 my dog settled straight away and loves his petpen.

Ordered a large petpen for my 10 month old Labrador puppy Cole. And have to say these are amazing. They look so much better than a normal dog crate. They are so easy to put together and so easy to move around. Personalisation to the large clear Perspex area allows you to make them look amazing. Cole now takes himself into it in the evening and he’s so relaxed and comfy in there. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for something different to a conventional caged dog crate. Exceptional product and outstanding customer service.

I recently ordered a PetPen and some accessories including the bed, blanket, water bowl and lighting.

I was lucky enough to take advantage of a 25% discount offer!

Firstly, it is so refreshing to experience such personal and professional customer service!

Hayley and Matt acknowledged my order with a lovely, personalised thank-you email. They were genuinely interested in what breed of dog I’m getting and even sent a link to photos of the same breed happily in their PetPen!

Delivery updates were clear and easy to track, and when one piece unfortunately arrived damaged, they responded straight away. They offered message and telephone support, and subsequently arranged a replacement without any hassle.

The PetPen itself is perfect — it fits beautifully with my home décor and will provide a safe, comfortable space without the “prison-style” bars of a traditional crate (my previous dog, an Alaskan Malamute, once caught his paw between crate bars). It’s quieter to open and close than a crate, simple to assemble and dismantle for cleaning, and the accessories are excellent quality.

This is such a well thought-out product, created and supported by two people who clearly care about both pets and their customers.

I really hope Hayley and Matt’s business continues to thrive — they absolutely deserve to succeed.

Pet pen were amazing to work with and had fantastic communication throughout. The pen is amazing and our puppy loves it.

We just got our new PetPen yesterday. Great delivery and super easy to set up. The link to the YouTube video really helped. I got a medium for my mini dachshund as she is on crate rest after surgery. She loves it really chilled and can see out. So much nicer in my living room than the old wire crate. The follow up message from Matt to check everything was ok was a really nice touch. Worth every penny.
