Good quality, good service, only a delay of 3 days but definitely worth it🥰

I was contacted by an 'offical recruiter' to offer my puppy's instagram an ambassador deal. I (against my better judgement as he needed a new bed anyway!) ordered & paid the shipping fee. Fast forward nearly 3mths & lots of communication from me (communication from the company asked me repeatedly to have patience & understanding!), however no resolution from the company. I have lodged a dispute with PayPal to have the payment refunded. I provided PayPal with all the evidence of communication from me to the company. Terrible customer service in not contacting someone back, who has had an issue. Falsely advised on their 'track-your-order' site that it had been delivered. I lodged an investigation with Australia Post, who confirmed a package had indeed, never been delivered. Disappointing. Luckily I had the foresight to pay via PayPal as I just had a hunch this wouldn't go well. Buyer beware.

I'm very wary of all these Instagram businesses that use random accounts to drum up attention but I did my research with this one after I was contacted by a rep and even managed to get the official page to message and confirm that it was legit, so was happy to progress.

The original offer was 1 bed OR 1 blanket OR 3 items for free from the website, you just have to pay for shipping (pretty standard).

I didn't reply for a while as I was still reluctant incase I got scammed (LOL) and the rep got back to me to say I could now order 4 items from the site. (A message that was later deleted).

He gave me the discount code and all the info for ordering and asked me to send a screenshot of the order when I was done.

I ordered 4 items as was stated and input the offer code which worked with no issues. Could even pay by PayPal - result for peace of mind!

I sent the order confirmation to the rep who got back to me to say the order was wrong and only S or M sizes were available. (My dog is 36kg 😂) This was partly my fault as the sizes were stated in the original message from weeks ago but not the recent ones with the order instructions. Regardless, he asked me to get back to him to clarify what I wanted so he could edit my order. I then just asked him to cancel it as none of these items would be suitable for my dog due to their size.

Suddenly, even though he was waiting for my instructions, it was 'too late' and the order had already been dispatched with an amendment he decided on without my permission (One large blanket only). Obviously the dispatch hadn't happened yet, and so began an entire day of back and forth, time wasting messages so that by the time anything was actually done it definitely would be too late.

The shipping fee is £29.95 and I certainly would not have paid that for a blanket on its own.

I also contacted the official page who have tried to be helpful but are also parroting the line of 'once an order is confirmed it can't be edited unless it's within 2 hours' which is a miracle as this rep edited my order without my permission approximately 12 hrs later.

Need to wait for them to reply to PayPal/Fail to reply so that I can start a proper dispute.

Don't bother with these guys. Kicking myself for even trying.

*UPDATE* - PayPal refunded immediately without even contacting the company as they could clearly see from the communication that it was dishonest at best and didn't reflect my intended order.

They reached out to me on instagram and explained their ambassadors program, it sounded great so I ordered one of their beds and it took 15 days to come! It's great quality and my dog loves sleeping on it.

I'm very happy with the opportunity that I got from Petsome as an ambassador. I wanted a bed for my cat but I couldn't find a comfortable one, and Petsome gave me exactly what I was looking for, a very nice bed and more importantly one where my cat sleeps comfortably

I just received my petsome products and my cat loves it sooo much, the quality is insane, i 100% recommend it.

My kittens are absolutely in love with their new items🤩 super soft and have beautiful colors. It is easy to order and they came quickly. I'm very satisfied 🤍🤍
