An honest review, pros and cons
I was asked to be an ambassador for our dog. As someone with high anxiety I was very sceptical but the recruiter put my mind at ease so I went with it. I missed abit of information that says about 3 items or a small/medium bed and added a few extras without realising. Only a small bed turned up which I then put a bad review on here but was contacted and it was cleared up.
The bed itself is lovely quality just wish I read properly and got a M as my dog can’t fit in it. The price they say originally seems a little much to me but I can see people getting them. Shipping took about a month and the tracking was abit wrong at times. As for trying to reach out for help it did take quite a bit of messaging and emailing and the only response I finally got was from a bad review. So overall,
Supportive at the beginning, good quality bed but downsides are shipping and customer help/contacting.

Our cat is an ambassador for the company and we got a discount for our purchase. I ordered the grey donut bed. It took a few weeks to receive because we live in the Netherlands. Our cat Olaf loves his beautiful, fluffy, soft grey bed. He fell a sleep the minute he got inside the bed. We are happy with our purchase :)

Great Products/Long Shipping Time
Petsome has a lot of good products and a great marketing team. They reached out to me in order to collaborate by letting me purchase a few items for free and only pay for shipping.
Shipping took about a month to arrive and was a bit high. It’s probably because it ships from china to the US.
Either way thank you for the stuff and the views!

My experience was great! I received my order, affiliate account with discount code. The order took around 2 weeks to arrive.
The bed I chose was free, it is very comfortable and high quality. My cat usually sleeps on the couch pillows but now it regularly sleeps on his donut bed.

Actually, I didn't know about this company until they contacted me about my dog Lola to be their ambassador. In the beginning, I had some concerns about the offer since they offered me free products to promote, but I noticed they already had a lot of ambassadors and this is what gave me trust to work with them. After some days, I received my parcel and the surprise was that I really loved their products. My dog did too, especially my beloved Lola who likes to chew everything and destroy them, but their products didn't get affected. I really love the product and I placed another order. Me and Lola are waiting for it ☺️.

I joined a ambassadorship with them
In October I joined a ambassador group for this brand, in December I still hadn't received the blanket I ordered from them. I wrote 4 times on their Instagram site, 2 times on the main Instagram site and as advised I lastly wrote to their costumer email. Now it's January and I haven't received either money back, blanket og even an apology. When they answer they write stuff like "give me 48 hours and I'll get back to you"
So disappointed.
Never ordering there again and would never recommend the brand.
Their response inhere is a joke. I wrote their customerservice AGAIN (latest) on the 7th of Feb. And again no reponse. No blanket or refund in money.
