The company is NOT IN UK!
Name tag arrived in 7 days but quality is very poor.
Engraving is illegible.

First of all, Company makes out it’s in your own country (in my case NZ). Takes 30 working days to arrive not 4-7. Crap customer service when I queried. Then within a month of finally arriving it’s corroding. It was cheap so can’t be bothered to return. But seriously bad.

I ordered 2 different pet tags on 2 different occasions and after reading these reviews i feared they may not turn up at all. As with all the other reviews they did take longer to arrive ( around 14 days) but i did receive them both and happy with how they look. Company is not based in the uk as the website may mislead you to believe. I also got 50% off my 2nd order so cant complain id definitely use again :)

Beware of them order in 10 th of January not received the order

Ordered a tag, never arrived-do not trust this site. Save your money,
Go through Petsmart direct or another source.

I’m still waiting my order and I didn’t receive. I put the order in November 29 and nothing! Report the website!!

I honestly wish i had read the review prior to ordering. I received the disc in a reasonable time frame, however, the print is so tiny you need a magnifying glass to read it. (Not many people finding lost puppy carry a magnifying glass!). The company state the more lines printed the smaller the print. They don't mention this on their site. Plus a name on one side. Address and phone no. is not as lot of info. They offered me as 25% discount on my next order. As if I'd be silly enough to use them again!!! It should be a complete readable replacement at their cost. Very unhappy.

well i order a lead and dog tag etc from this company and they haven't delivered! i wish i had seen the trust pilot terrible views below ! but as a genuine customer i took it for granted that they had a UK office due to the misleading UK email address! there isn't a UK telephone number - they say they sent the goods 3 weeks ago and this is a lie! i believe this to be a scam and it is my intention to go to Trading Standards and the police and do a crime report! please be warned any consumers this is not a legit company and not based in the UK. I am furious as i have a new puppy and now have to buy the goods for a second time . Anneliese

Awful quality. Lasted less than 6 months. Dog tag is worn and scratches through the engraving so you cant read it. I contacted support
They apologized and said I could have 25% of my next dog tag! Unreal. Why would anyone waste there money on a tag you need to replace twice a year! No thanks. Very very disappointed.

I received my tag and am completely unsatisfied. You cannot read a single word on the tag, it is absolutely useless. I have contacted the company on 4 separate occasions and have yet to receive a response.

I ordered my tag on November 12 as a present for a friend. It has been over a month and has still yet to arrive. When I contacted the company they said they would despatch a new one that did not arrive either.

Wish I had looked here first, the website says .co.nz which is totally fake, they definitely did a good website. Fairly certain I will never see my tag in New Zealand.

Paid for an Order on 11/25/18 and have Still Not received my order.
I have sent them Several messages, yet no one responds back.
This really makes me mad!!!

Slow delivery. Poor quality product.

Absolutely disgusting service! This company is just a scam basically. You order, never receive the item yet lose your money and then when you communicate with them they either take months to reply and when they do they reply in another language from their original communications or they just don’t reply at all. I got my money back luckily but do NOT fall for it and DO demand your money back if you’ve bought something from them. People work so hard for their money only to have scum like this take it away for nothing

Do not buy from this company.
When you order its says “dispatched within 3 days”, but that means nothing, because the company is in the US, not the UK as the web address implies.
My tags took over two months to be delivered.
The first set “went missing”, and the second set were sent by super-slow mail.
When you complain they just tell you to keep waiting.

Paid for my order and haven't received it a month later, emailed them and got told to wait about 2 more weeks .

So go else where if you dont want to wait 6+ weeks .

Ordered a silver dog tag. When it arrived it was the wrong colour - pale blue. I complained & was offered 25% off my next order ! Shocking - that’s no use to me & I can’t use the tag I was sent due to its colour !! No further contact from the website. Very poor customer service. I should have read the reviews for this website before ordering - DO NOT USE

VERY UPSET 😡
They have told me via email they are now closing their Ebay account and opening in a different name! If you look they’re selling ALL their engraving equipment too.
I ordered quite a few tags and now I wish I went to Rubit Tags, a bit more expensive but at least they would of delivered.
I’m fuming!!!
I shall take them to Trading Standards as they now have no more tags for sale, yet still taking money!
I’m so angry. I’ve sent over 15 emails, all they say is you’ll receive them soon?

As with other reviews this shower have failed to deliver within their specified time window and are now refusing to refund me.

Please do not buy anything from these crooks. I have written off a few quid because I have got fed up with wasting time and effort arguing with their Duty Scammer over email. They can keep the money and I’ll get a tag from the local pet shop.
