Why does a .co.uk company ship from the USA?? False advertising!
Wish I'd read the reviews before ordering. 3 weeks after ordering I'm still waiting for my delivery.

After 3 weeks i didnt get any infos about my order. They stold my money

This website says "The Best Tag Medal Website in UK!" Shipping was from US and took nearly three weeks. Quality poor with a rubbish attachment ring.

Do NOT use this company. They are expensive and the disc I ordered took 3 weeks to arrive and then only after I had chased it through PayPal. When it did arrive the phone number was illegible.

I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering rather than afterwards.

They use a .co.uk web address to make you think they are in the UK, they are not!!

It's a scam, poor quality product and took nearly three weeks to delivery the tag.

Go elsewhere this is a BAD company.

Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing tags here . Been waiting well over 2 weeks for my tag past arrival date . Emailed then now and hoping they send it . Very unhappy with this company if that is even what I can call them . Poor service .

I am so glad you guys have taken the time to put this helpful info out in the public domain. They have not responded to or contested any of the comments being made-I have previously found on TP that when this happens the social media/service assistant gets in touch with an offer to resolve the issue.
I have chosen to stay away from this site.

I was beginning to wish I had looked at the reviews before buying, I did have e-mail correspondence with the company who assured me that the tags would arrive but they were coming from US so there maybe a delay.
My tags arrived today, 12 days from shipping and I am happy with them so far.

If this company is based in the UK, Lordie help us all!

Simply put...lazy business practice, vacuous failing website and PURCHASE PRODUCT NOT SENT...they literally take your money and run!!! Do not spend you quids here people!

SCAM OP!!

Here's how it works... you order a Pet Tag and their trick is, their system has glitches that voids part of your address so they can say ' you did not type the correct address.'
They send an email saying it will 'ship in 48 hours' and then NOTHING..
When no product arrives after a week, you review your invoice to see where it is and you see the obvious mistake on the invoice (voided address just door number) so..you try to contact and them via email (as there is no other way) to let them know their is something wrong with their site and there is another glitch on the headings part of the contact email ...so they cannot be contacted because your email will not go through.
So unless you reply to their original 'ship in 48 hours' email which they send a reply a day later saying 'someone will get back to you' no one does get back to you until you ask to cancel and refund because the product hasn't arrived...then they do not respond...and on the story goes!!!

THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN...SCAM!!!

Really wish I had read these reviews. I have been trying to organise to have the tags resent after not receiving them. They have asked me to pay to have them resent which I am happy to do as I really want the tags. However I have tried to make further contact and for over 5 days there has been no communication. I feel totally like i have been fooled they have my money and all I want is a dog tag. Never again.

I also wish I had read reviews first, I have not received my order and the customer service contact page doesn’t work. Total rip off, fuming!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Placed my order 13 days ago on what looked like a UK website, no, the company is in America and cannot provide any tracking details, order has still not arrived so I have had to order from elsewhere. Completely unacceptable, please do the honest thing and refund me immediately.

I ordered 6 tags they have taken my money, I have not received the order. I have emailed 3 times and had no response I’ve even emailed through paypal, will be putting a complaint through FTA

Awful quality product. Broke within weeks of receiving it and the company refused to replace or refund. Apparently, the "for life" claim only covers the engraving.

Terrible customer service and a terrible company, avoid at all costs!!!

Never received item, contacted company multiple times who just keep saying wait even though its well over expected arrival time, they tell you to wait so you run out of time to lodge a refund, seen lots of reviews now of people not getting their items

Absolutely appalling I ordered a tag a month ago and still waiting they won’t refund me and I am sick of their excuses telling me to keep waiting. Don’t use them as it says UK but they are from USA . Appalling !!!!!!!

I orderd 2 tags at 2/ 2 and did't get the order

Still waiting has been a month and my order has still not arrived ! After repeatedly querying they have advised me I need to repay postage to get my original order. Disgusting customer service after requesting refund wish I had read previous reviews before ordering at all! Have lodged refund request through PayPal.

Lettering rubbed off my dogs tag after 2 months. Waste of money.
