I booked a ride from Montreal Airport Cargo to Quebec city on 10th of January. This was by far the most horrible experience I have ever had. Firstly, the car seats were so filthy and full of grease and leftover food. It was late in the evening and I had no other choice but take this cab. When I called the owner named Giovani, I was told that 'it happens', he tried to normalise the situation and threatened me that I should get down and he will refund me, also told me that I shouldn't get any other car at this time of the night, uberpet will take $1500. So, I was vulnerable and in a fix. I decided to adjust and go ahead. After sitting in the car, I realised that the driver is a junkie and out of his senses. Hs can't even find location on maps, took me to 3 dead ends without knowing where he is going. I had to guide the driver with directions and pray that I reach home safely. He was rash driving and not able to keep the vehicle straight, he was jittery and confused. I somehow made it to home that night. Their website has a danger exclamation mark on the left corner which says it is not safe to share information on that website. This so called owner responds from a generic gmail id, they don't even have a legit company domain email address in place. Think twice before booking rides with this company. They don't care about you, drivers are hired on a trial and error basis as told by the owner.

Overall I would suggest to avoid them at all cost. Spend some more money to get a peaceful and cleaner ride.
