Unhappy with the service. I paid 23euros for a 90 second video call with poor connection and what turned out to be even worse advice.

Kudos to Dr. Millentrup-Schimm
Dr. Millentrup-Schimm was very attentive to my description of my dog's health problem, asked me questions to understand the problem better, made some hypotheses about the cause and suggested how to proceed depending on the case. The summary of her consultation on 17 March 2023, which she promptly sent to me, was complete and clear. It was very useful to have this written summary when I later took my Molly to a veterinary practice to have diagnostic tests done in order to confirm or rule out the conditions/diseases that had been hypothesised.

praktische, nützliche App und gute Ärzte
It's great that if you don't have options until your veterinary appointment, the doctor tells you what to do until then. Also the doctor gave information about the clinics I could go to and the option to send photos/videos before the video call is very useful. Thank you.

Didn’t help at all. I did practically got the advice to take my pet to the vet. I wish I didn’t had to pay 24 euros for it.
