Absolutely first class transaction, great price and speedy delivery, highly recommended.
My replacement battery arrived the next day, super service in my opinion.
Package was lost, stolen by FED EX at there depot. Phairs was responding to emails but you could not get them on the phone. If you wait 30mins on the phone, which you often do, you phone just cuts you off after 30 mins. They offered a refund and I accepted but still haven’t got it. Not answering to emails or phone now.

Good service and price. However, the heavy compost bags were packed in quite flimsy cartons that had come apart at the seams - full marks to DPD however for the amount of tape they put round them to close the holes and make sure they got delivered intact.
Items arrived on time, in great condition as expected.
Great service, easy to use website, definitely trade again.
Product and delivery at a reasonable price. Dispatch was quick and order arrived well packaged. Would recommend

Soon after read the small print about will recieve expired dog food BBD?
my dog has allergies and cant have expired food.
Sent couple emails straight away asking to cancel order and explain my dogs dietary needs of concern.
No awnser, 7.58am monday morning recieved email dispatch notification.
IM NOT HAPPY.
I dont want my order,or give advice on it, they dont awnser phonecalls from 8am?
But are obviousely at work making up parcels! Totally rubbish.
Dont care about customer service or even dogs health.

We have been trying to buy an 'elho grow table with lid' for a while and found everywhere either sold out or would only deliver locally. I stumbled upon Phairs and found not only the price was good but they also delivered to my location. Easy to purchase from and while i had a little concern about the item making it over from Ireland with recent logistic issues i needn't have worried. My item was delivered promptly within a couple of days. Would definitely use again.

Absolutely terrible!
I paid extra for 24 hour delivery and still waiting for item 4 days later. The customer service department have an awful attitude and really don’t care about their customers, I asked if someone could call me but they continued to email instead of having a conversation. They even had the cheek to say I had requested a redelivery from Royal Mail (this morning) as I need to go out after waiting in 3 days for my item! I had in fact requested to leave in a safe place as I need to go out and get my Xmas food shopping. I only paid extra for express delivery as it was for a Xmas gift and now I won’t see the recipient so it is going to be too late
I requested a refund of the express postage as over 4 days for a 24 hour item is no good. I’m aware of delays at this time of year but they really don’t care and there was nothing on my order to say the 24 hours wouldn’t be fulfilled. I’ve now been told they don’t work at weekends so why take payment for a service they can’t fulfil ??
Very frustrating and disappointed and they only show the 5 star reviews, you need to search for the 1 star and they are similar to mine in that the delivery’s are late even though paying extra for 24 hour

The fact that I asked Royal Mail to leave in a safe place (not a redirection) is irrelevant to your terrible service! This was on the 5th day of waiting in for ‘ a next day delivery’
Your sarcastic comment about Royal Mail not delivering on a Sunday ‘since the 16th century’ is further evidence of a business that doesn’t care for their customer at all!
Tie the record, I actually waited 7 days to receive my ‘next day delivery’ item
