Their Service in my experience is CRAP. I ordered eye gel that was recommended by my Optician. It was required urgently, the only reason I ordered from this mob, Kwik being the operative phrase. Nearly 3 weeks later it has finally arrived. My emails via their ‘contact us page’ totally ignored. I would certainly not trust them with my prescriptions!

Do not buy from this company!! On 5th Jan 2021 I ordered a product that I desperately needed for my bed sores, (I am severely disabled and an MND sufferer). They were the only suppliers that said they had it in stock. I paid extra for their 'kwik' delivery and to this day, 19th Jan 2021, I've heard nothing. My emails have been ignored. Be warned as Pharmacykwik operate under other company names, very suspicious. I fight on to get a result.

My order was cancelled due to issue that this pharmacy has incorrect price of course no one is bothered to contact me till I started email them and suddenly they don't want to fulfil the order as I have ordered too much (non prescription item!!!). A warning to consumers. This retailer sells a cough medicine for almost £100!!!! Putting profit before patient care. You can find this dame cough medicine at other retailers from £2:00-£5:00.

this company looks like next day processing and dispatch looks like if you are willing to wait like that then it be ok for you they dont ask questions like chemistdirect does so in my opion they are better in that respect i be using them again royal mail tracking sounds fair to me!!
