I received the wrong product and am very disappointed. Trying to return unwanted order for 2 weeks now and I never received any response.
Sent two emails and made 3 phone calls to customer service to find out about returning and have yet to receive response. Not satisfied at all.
AWFUL COMPANY!!!

The package we ordered arrived late (12 days for delivery of a commonly found dietary supplement). The safety seal for the supplement had been physically removed with the product scattered throughout the Pharmapacks shipping box. Then — to return their damaged product, Pharmapacks says we need to pay for return shipping!

But wait, there’s more… when I called my credit card provider to dispute the charge, my VISA representative noticed that Amazon had charged me TWICE - once when I ordered and a second time when Pharmapacks shipped!

It looks like all their products are good except Their Fragrances.. Are they??? Because I am about to place an order..

I was surprised at the products your company has available, everything I purchased was just what I was expecting and in great shape since the packaging was very good. The shipping was very fast also. I will be shopping with Pharmapacks again.

My order never arrived. I tried contacting their customer service by email AND by phone with tracking information that shows I didn't get it. No one responds, no one answers the phone. Ridiculous.

I ordered ACT Dry Mouth Lozenges (6-pack) but received something entirely different (Breathe Right Nasal Strips, also a 6-pack) -- then Amazon said I could not return or request a refund!!

Very poor fulfillment practices, as the packing slip was for what I ordered but the warehouse robot or filler selected the wrong item!!

Would not want to use PharmaPacks again under any circumstance...............

I've used Poeme for over 25 years. This is the 1st time it's been dark and rancid. I returned (with permission and your return lable). I haven't had a response from you. I want a refund on this purchase. Please let me know what else I need to do. Mary E. Newquist

I was so pleased with my purchase. The delivery only took a few days and packaged very well. I would recommend to friends!

Good prices and great place to find items your local Walgreens may not carry. For example, original flavor Riccola sugar-free; many stores only carry the honey lemon in sugar-free version. We’ve loaded up for fall-winter. Better deal if you need wrap bandages etc in bulk too. Good service.

This is NOT what I ordered!! I ordered Potassium Gluconate but got Probiotic Acidophilus.
