The items i received were not packaged…
The items i received were not packaged correctly to ensure the liquid would not leak. The product ( six items) was not upright when I opened the package. Therefore the bottles leaked inside the plastic the bottles was wrapped in. I do not feel as though I receive all of the contents I paid for. A better way of shipping would be to place the bottles in individual rigid self contained devices. I know this would increase your shipping but, better to charge the customer for the cost you will incur to ship the merchandise correctly, than the customer to feel as if they did not get all the contents they paid for. Also put on the outside of the package “this side up”. If I would have bought these items in a box store, I would be sure I got what I am looking at. (Albeit some may have leaked out due to shipping before it was placed on the shelf). An unknown factor!

I ordered a Philips sonicare essence…
I ordered a Philips sonicare essence recharchable toothbrush, was shipped the same, and was notified of delivery of a Philips sonicare daily clean. An entirely different style of handle. I thought I was getting a good deal as other essence brush handles were more pricey. I'll keep what I was shipped since it is all that seams to be readily available anymore, but I don't appreciate the bait and switch.
