The product was not as described in the description. The photos online were not correct. When I called to arrange a return and refund i was refused the full refund. The lady stated that there would be a 25% restocking fee- totally unacceptable in the current market and against my statutory rights- AVIOD !!

This company is bogus. I’ve been waiting 2 months on wart removal from a commercial on TV. It sounded hopeful as a product. After weeks of waiting their website offers tracking link. The One Line shipping service is bogus too. It gives a tracking link that shows “arrived times” but never say where it arrived. Bogus, again. Ridiculous. I lost $35 and we will tell as many people as possible about this scam PHARMAXTRA.

Order placed 06.01.26 has not arrived despite several emails to them the simply reply with useless information and yet more false promises. At one stage I thought their service may be a scam. Still not sure about that to be honest. In any event they are unreliable. Stay well clear of this service is my opinion

On Dec.17, 2025 I received an email from Pharmaxtra stating my order had been shipped. On Jan. 16, 2025 I contacted them about not receiving my order. I received the order on Jan. 20. They were contacted Feb. 6, 2026 and advised I want to return the Gum Protect because it has a sour taste and doesn't leave my mouth feeling clean. They said there is only a 14 day return policy for refunds. When originally ordered through another web site, the refund policy was if product is returned with 30 days. This business is a scam.

This is the e.mail that they sent me on 6th Jan. Got the thin cream like water. Thank you for reaching out, Triona. have been customer number of years always been happy with service placed my usual order last week got a message back saying order been confirmed then an hour later message saying order been refused ,i sent 2 messages asking reason for refusal as i only order 200 co codamol tablets wich last me about 3 and a months so only order 3 or 4 times a year only thing i can make of this i am not spending enough money so guess will look for a more appreacitive on line pharmacy.

SCAM!!!! STAY AWAY!!.......you deleted my order on your website, I see you do it in real time...you then ignore all emails and what's app calls and messages! This is outright out of order and you should not be allowed to do this to people who need there medication!!!

Fab. Needed anti nausea meds for my GLP-1 side effects. This company sent them out quickly. Price was very fair, only thing is they can only supply in bulk (84 tablets). Which is fine for me but others who only need a shorter supply may wish to go elsewhere. If you’ve finished the box and need to order more, I haven’t found any hassle about doing so. Company replied within 2-3 days after I messaged them a query.

Yes made an order , went through lengthy consultation, was told order successful and I paid first installment through Klarna then about a min after got email saying oh order has been unsuccessful due to ID verification. So I went through their ID check showing both sides of my valid UK driving license, which oh by some chance failed their ID verification check?? . So now these scammers have got all my details bank card number everything 🙄 and I am seriously worried to the point of contacting the Police, there's just no way this site is legit , oh and operating from Dubai!. Once the purchase was done, I received a tracking number. The product arrives 2 weeks later. It was a smooth transaction.
