This is with reference to the RTPCR test booking done by me of Slot 8.30a.m. to 9.30a.m. of todays date.
I have called customer care of Pharmeasy twice n got to know that Technician is not yet assigned for my Test..If you people doesn't want to assign the technician then why the specific slots were reflecting in ur Pharmeasy App.Even customer care told me that he can assign the techician for tomorrow which is not acceptable to me..you people don't understand the emergency requirement of the customers..Also customer care was supposed to send me the escalation contact no. But still not received.
Is this is a type of worst service u give to ur customers..This is really very bad service.I will float the complaint of Pharmeasy in social media also very soon.
Drastic experience with Pharmeasy
I am a victim of Parmeasy's unprofessional behavior. I ordered some medicine and a glucometer on 15th March, and the expected delivery was 23rd of March.
The items were not delivered on 23rd march. I tracked the shipment, and it had reached the nearest hub. The expected delivery date was extended to 24th March, by 10:00 PM.
I waited next day, it was not delivered. The expected delivery date was extended to 25th March, by 10:00 PM.
I waited on 25th March, it was not delivered. the The expected delivery date was extended to 25th March, by 10:00 PM. In the evening I searched the phone no. on google and made a call. They said the same thing that the item has been dispatched and again postponed the date of delivery to 26th March by 10:00 PM.
I waited on 26th March, it was not delivered. Same story as above, I made a call again but again the delivery date extended to 27th march by 10:00 PM.
Next day the same story. I am fed up. I asked them to cancel my order and initiate refund. But neither the, nor I can cancel the order. When the courier person comes for delivery, I have not to receive it, only then the order can be cancelled. Ha.
Today is 28th March. I am short of medicine. God knows when the courier [person will come and I will refuse to take the consignment to get my order cancelled and get my money back.

Pharmacy had very bad experience they tested my mom for full body checkup my mom is so old and collected 5 tubes of blood after 2 says they say the blood was clotted and need to retake completely. Pathetic service especially for old people don't even call them

They are frauds. Don't buy from them. They always undeliver some of the products every time. And when complained they say to complain within 3 days of delivery. They don't refund money of the undelivered products.
Extremely bad experience with PharmEasy
I have had extremely bad experience with PharmEasy - multiple times. (You may ask if I had bad experience, then why go back to them. I did because I need costly medicines for a long time and I was trying to save some money.) Every order, I had to call them and follow up everyday - still they delayed a lot. Two times, they cancelled the orders after weeks of waiting. This time, I had booked some medicines on 24-Jan and till today (9-Feb) I haven't received the items And remember - these are medicines which we need timely. And the worst part is - this is in spite of me following up many times. Everytime I called them, they either said I would be getting the delivery on the next day or that they are escalating the issue to check what is the problem and someone would call me back. I didn't get any call. Finally, today they said they are not able to process due to some technical issue. They cancelled the order and requested me to reorder. They also told me since this is their mistake, they have credited Rs 25 to my account. But who cares about this 25, what we needed was the medicines which we didn't get. I can understand if this happens once or twice. But this happens very frequently - rather all the time. Extremely bad service.
This is the first time, I am writing a negative comment online. I am doing this now because I am really fed up and I don’t want people to waste their valuable time with PharmEasy. Also, I hope after seeing this, they try to improve.

I am ordering medicine through pharmeasy since 5 years. Service is good.But I will stop ordering medicine through pharmeasy if it continues its advertisement with Amir Khan. He looks so funny and awkward.Making stupid gestures.
So please appoint a good actor model for your product otherwise you may loose your customers.

Waste service customer service people even don't know when can we receive order, no immediate response, delayed delivery. postpone delivery by their own without intimation. Patient will suffer in waiting for medicines. They don't bother.

Use them at your own risk. I connected with them for my mom’s cataract surgery. Their doctor, Dr Varun Gogia, iclinix gave completely a different diagnosis and line of treatment. She’s already under the treatment with a much reputed doctor since July 2022. When raised an issue with PharmEasy surgicare, Ayush, they try everything to convince you that their doctor is right and one must go for his advice only. They become their spokesperson and sales agent rather than supporting a struggling patient and understanding their concerns. When they know that you are NOT convinced and won’t go ahead with their chosen doctor, they play ignorant. The written prescription by Dr Varun Gogia says left eye cataract with anti VEGF injection whereas his own assistant Zenab says injection for swelling. Rather than understanding and supporting such a major discrepancy, they jump to say okay do as you wish. PharmEasy goes down all levels of humanity to support such fake brands and businessmen. I feel pity for their clients and struggling patients.
They have a major mis management, I was booked for 11 am at De Gogia clinic in Lajpat Nagar and I reached at 10.50 am. They tell you it won’t take more than half hour. But please remember the doctor is AIIMS doctor and has tied with many such sales agents for his expansion. There’s no appointment system. Their process is very long and before you meet the doctor it’s more than 2 hours of waiting. Be prepared to spend about 3 hours here and don’t trust any support from PharmEasy. All they say is we will get you a return cab. What about our time and mess that we go thru at such clinics? What about the patients who can’t handle such long waiting hours? What about post appointment mess with a different diagnosis, NEVER trust them. They are only here to force you to sell their services and make money with unprofessional and unethical team of DOCTORS. Use them at your own risk.

Kindly avoid this, Mainly for Lab Tests. For booking almost every half an hour they call but for reports they will not answer and keep it on hold and really don't know the status. They collected blood twice still reports are pending. First collection was jan*3-2023 but upto now they not bothering about reports. Really very very upset above the service.

I ordered a med and it is already more than a month, it is not even picked up for delivery. I chatted with PharmEasy staffs to deliver or cancel the order. They said they cancelled several times but each time I chatted with them again it was never cancelled. I lost the money and they never delivered or refunded me. They are fraud! Stay away from this company snd app!

Extremely bad service. I will strongly recommend everybody do not buy medicine from Pharmacy. our required medicine was out of stock and the pharmacy people convinced us. V told the person the medicine is not going to suit the patient still he forced us to take medicine of other company n when v received the medicine it was a high dose. Luckily we showed the medicine to our Dr n he stopped us from taking the medicine. I really don't know what kind of Dr n pharmacist are been appointed here. These people are not ready to take the medicine back nor are they ready to refund the money.

I had placed an order 268071073535102976 which was committed to be delivered on 31st December 2022. It is still not delivered and the delivery boy says he can deliver only on 2nd January 2023 which is 48 hours delay. I cannot accept this and I need to cancel my order. Either you cancel the order or give me a refund.
The courier partners employed by…XpressBees
The courier partners employed by PharmEasy are irresponsible. The medicines that I ordered on 26 Nov 2022 reached Kochi on 1 Dec 2022 as per the tracking status. It was never delivered till 5 Dec 2022 and I had to cancel the order and request for refund. The courier in my case was XpressBees.
I ordered the same medicines on NetMeds on 6 Dec 2022 and it was delivered on 8 Dec 2022.
Never depend on PharmEasy.
My 25% discount turned out an additional 30% income to them
I ordered 2 medications of 10 strips each. The more expensive one came in as 7 strips. I called them to request the 3 more strips. Instead of doing that they’re lying through their teeth that they saw the video footage all ten were packed.
That makes me a liar. I requested them for the video footage. They refused to share. Same response even after I requested an escalation.
They just lost a customer for life.
