Excellent service – highly recommend Pharmulous!
I’ve been using Pharmulous for my Mounjaro journey since April 2025 and cannot recommend them enough. The ordering process is incredibly easy, and delivery is always prompt. The medication arrives perfectly chilled, packed with an ice pack in double-insulated bags.
Their customer service is also fantastic—anytime I’ve messaged them via the website, I’ve received a quick, helpful reply. I feel completely safe and supported in their hands!

What made my experience great was, an E Mail was sent automatically in when I will be receiving my package. Within the second day, I was updated to say my package will be arriving by royal mail. Pharmulous is my only go to service which you can rely on.

The delivery took a few days longer
The delivery took a few days longer. There was a few days delay with my next medication dose but that maybe due to the approval process.
My medication comes well packaged especially in this heat and no issues.
