PHC Service Reviews 

Our first time using this company and I would highly recommend them.Great service provided by Jack yesterday. He actually came earlier than scheduled but the company rang me beforehand to see if this suited which it did. Jack was very knowledgeable about the Dyson vacuum cleaner he serviced and was polite and professional.

Ross was friendly and efficient and my Dyson and Shark machines now look brand new. It was great that he could supply the Dyson parts needed, and the replacement filters for the Shark will be sent to me. Being able to arrange the service at home, and not having to worry about sourcing spare parts, is important to me as I am main carer for my housebound husband. Many thanks to Ross for a job well done.

My Dyson DC9 vacuum cleaner was stopping and starting so obviously needed the attention of a qualified vacuum cleaner engineer. It was given a very thorough clean by Ross who expertly disassembled it and cleaned all its numerous parts and reassembled it. It has been working very well since.

Daniel seviced my DC39 today and l was so happy with the outcome as it needed a few parts. As l told Daniel if l could only get into the main body l would do it myself. Jon arrived early (good!) and serviced our Dyson vacuum. He was clean efficient amd very polite, what's more he got on well with our dog.
I shall keep this service going as it seems an effective way forward.

My Dyson was sitting in my cupboard until Tom can from Dyson to service my machine.
He smelt burnt and said that I need a new motor which will cost me £150! I said no thank you, I’ll throw it away.
Tom said he could dispose of it for me. We put it in a black bag and no machine and I still had to pay him £39.99 !

Mark the engineer was very efficient and polite. On returning the hoover he explained what the problem had been . Thanks also to the office staff who were also very attentive and kept me updated .Overall one hundred percent recommendation for this company .

Daniel was out engineer today, he arrived on time, he was polite, knowledgeable and helpful.

Jack did an amazing job, very knowledgeable. My Dyson is as good as new.

Ross arrived early, did a good job (though he had to do some of the reassembly a second time) and explained what the problem was and recommended PHC do an annual service. We shall use you again.

As usual, my service engineer Mark was professional and polite..
I have 4 cats and he took the time to talk to them when they got inquisitive.. very friendly man and I look forward to seeing him next year..

Friendly and polite service, reliable and knowledgeable. Arrived slightly early but was no trouble, a good service all round.
