PhilRx has consistently demonstrated accuracy and efficiency while processing my prescriptions as ordered by my physician. There have been no shipping delays, and when I have questions, someone is always there to answer them fully. They continue to deliver mail-order medications with a very high level of service. My sincere appreciation for all they do.

Certification
Company doesn't have the appropriate credentials to accept FSA-Visa card payment. There is a certificate required by the IRS which either they don't have or is not current. I requested to speak with a supervisor and was put on hold for 25 minutes. I hung up.

For the 2nd time in 5 months my…
For the 2nd time in 5 months my prescription was delivered to a person with the same name as mine in Illinois. I am in NY state. Since the first screw up, I continued to receive the medicine at my correct address and then they sent it to Illinois again. Last time and now this time I am without my medicine which I need to take daily for a week. Unacceptable!

Abysmal support
Abysmal support. Charged my card for a three month supply of my medicine, shipped to incomplete address. After address clarification, shipped only a one month supply. Failed to respond to repeated requests for updates and for the remaining two boxes of my medication. Repeated emails have been ignored. Finally, received a call from an agent at Patient Support saying he needs information from the PhilRx Pharmacy Department and will update me very shortly. This did not happen. Patient Support has failed to respond to numerous messages sent since then.
