Lovely thoughtful woman who made the experience kind

I was put through to a lovely gentleman, Joseph. He was very calm, courteous and compassionate during our conversation and I felt at ease during this upsetting time. I was rest assured throughout.

Dealing with my father's estate and death, Donna was extremely helpful and caring explaining absolutely everything this morning in terms I could understand and has completely reassured me and my mother in regards to outstanding balances my father owed. She has taken into account my own personal health issues at the moment and put everything on hold so I'm not having to deal with everything at once. Gentleman was very polite, helpful and respectful that we had only lost our father a few months ago.
He clearly explained that any remaining household bills go to them and once we have access to money from a estate we pay a final bill.

My recent conversation with Malcolm was the last in over a year of conversations with various people; and I cannot fault the service I received. Everything was explained clearly and I did not feel pressured. I was shown empathy when I explained that this was being asked for almost a year to the date if the 1st anniversary of my husbands death. He died 17 April last year so it was a year to the day when he had died.

I called to discuss my late Mum’s account. Ellie made the process easy - she was friendly, helpful and asked only what she needed to know. Nothing invasive and then explained the next steps (in my case none). Thanks for making it easy.
