Never had a problem with Phlizon until now

Usually never had a problem with Phlizon grow lights, however, the fd 6000 led lights i have seem to have issues, the ballast are faulty, ive been trying to speak to Phlizon via the messaging service, but the only reply i have had is them trying to sell me different cheaper grow lights. Ive had no help at all resolving the issue about a ballast replacement other than been told the item is not available at this moment in time. Not had the issue sorted and i am no longer receiving replies from Phlizon.
Always had huge respect for Phlizon and their products, but after this i certainly wont be buying from them again!
Phlizon... you let me down.

So swapped out my 600w hps for there…

So swapped out my 600w hps for there 320w ph B6 and got to say not impressed at all have done a number of grows with it now with a number of different strains and all had way to much stretch and uneven growth on all strains so i know it wasn't the strains themselves obviously some strains stretch more then other's but even then the space between nodes was way to much and i have never had uneven growth before been growing for over 20 years and never seen anything like it ,my mate told me don't go cheap when it comes to led and he was right,

THIEVES!!!!!

This company is SHOCKING!!!!!! I placed an order for over 300 euros! Never received anything!!!! So I filed a complaint, and they said they delivered! So I called DHL Germany and they told me they delivered to another address. So I called DHL Switzerland and they told me the same thing... So I contacted the company again and they said it was delivered! They even gave me a shipping label!!!! Are you laughing?... Actually, there is another address, NOT MINE! THEY TOOK MY MONEY!!! WITHOUT SENDING THE GOODS TO MY HOUSE!!!! THIEVES!!!!!

Team overview

Placed an order for a product they hadn’t updated as out of stock and the company quickly informed me about the situation and even offered a compromise with a refund but I chose to wait for new stock to arrive and they kept in touch with me the whole time once stock arrived it was immediately shipped, pleasure to deal with and a great product to back it ip

high quality products and service.

I placed my order on August 20, 2025, and they informed me that the lamp I ordered was no longer available because they had received a lot of recent orders. They immediately sent me an even better one, at no additional cost, asking if I was okay with the exchange. They also offered me a discount on my next purchase. Even though it was August, they resolved the issue immediately and in the best possible way. I am very satisfied and will buy from them again! High-quality products and service!

No response, poor communication

No response, poor customer service , what happening with my order
Ordered 240 watt light 10 days ago on the 03/07/25 , order was confirmed and money taken from my account , but not email saying despatched yet, I have emailed them several times and have not received any response, at this stage very poor customer service and not sure if I will ever get the light or a refund or hear from them again

great response

can not speak for the quality of the light, yet , but the company have shown a level of service , I wish was available from all online traders. Very prompt problem resolution and easy to deal with.

Not to be trusted. Never know if there is stock

Ordered 1000 watt light, they created an electronic label but never shipped item after 7 days. Now they claim there's a problem with the shipment. I've been given multiple excuses why item is not shipped after i waited for my a week. This is actually the second time they claim a shipping problems. My first order was also not shipped after waiting 10 days, then following up I find they have no stock and I must wait an additional 2 weeks before new stocks arrives. They take your money and then don't ship product.

Best purchase.

Best purchase.. Great light got the 240 watt. Blue frame. Went from my 110 watt, to the 240 not even 12 hours later plants loved it. great dimming control love how the driver is removable lowered my temperature in grow room.

I ordered the FD series 640 watt light .…

I ordered the FD series 640 watt light and received it . My light when I took it out of the box and opened it up to its operating position , it wasn’t square so I had to gently apply pressure to the pivot point to square it back up possibly a transit issue I thought. The next problem I encountered was the digital ballast mounting holes were not drilled correctly into the light bars I could only get three of the four mounting screws located due to the holes poorly located but not a big deal. My light size fits my grow tent pretty much perfect and I started to do test runs with the light running. I thought being led lights everything would be running at lower temps, my light running inside grow tent was showing the digital ballast running temp in the 80 degree celsius range and had a hot electrical smell to it so I shut it down after two hours running . I ended up using my air extracting ducting and placing the ballast inside it , the ducting size is 125 mm so as the air gets extracted from my tent it is forced to flow over the digital ballast before being removed. This has bought the ballast running temperature down to 51 degrees C . The leds surface temps on the side facing the plants is 71 degrees C , this is surface temp it drops off to about 38 degrees C in the room just below the lights. This is about the temperature range inside the tent with everything running and lights on full blast.
I am certainly no pro but for me the mounting of the ballast on top of the light bars with the electrical cables touching 71 degree C light bars was worrisome I put some pipe under the electrical cables to stop them touching the light bars . The light is very bright so should work .
Overall if you were to ask me if I was happy with my purchase I would respond yeah it’s alright we’ll see how it goes . If you were to ask me what I would like to offer in feedback back to Phlizon I would say it’s the heat range of components, for me it’s worrisome as I would prefer to have cooler temps inside the tent and preferably down the track still have my house standing and fire free for peace of mind. Having air flow forced over my ballast dropped the running temperature down by some 30 degrees and that heat is being sucked out and away to the outside atmosphere. If the light bars could be upgraded to have 8 clear heat resistant tubes placed over them and made in a manner to operate and plumbed as a manifold so the end user could simply plug their ventilation extraction fan tubing onto one point . It may also reduce light surface temp by 30 degrees like it did when I forced my extraction air flow over my ballast. Zero fan noise is important so no cheap nasty noisey fans blowing onto the leds it needs manifolding so one main extraction fan can remove all heat ,air silently. Anyway these are my own opions and thoughts and this is not a paid response

SNAGS AT THE START - RESOLVED AND LOVING IT

A few snags at the start, what I ordered wasnt in stock, but I got offered better replacements, however the delay meant I would not be in the country to receive them, i was in the country I needed them for! However upon my return , my ORIGINAL orders were back in stock and an extra was offered for the delay - the lights I have since taken back to the country I need them in and set them up and they are lovely, they do run hotter than my existing set up , but produce lovely lighting and seem to work very well on my mediterranean crops
