my order was processed and paid for. the day of delivery i was informed by the sender only half my ordered would be coming. this should have been done at dispatch at the very latest.

I bought two pink kettlebells (10kg each) to keep up with some of my weight training during lockdown.They are kind of bigger in size than I expected but that's not necessarily a bad thing, I have a better grip while holding it(or them) up for squats,lunges, kettlebell swings etc. I also like that the grip is covered in plastic because I don't get blisters on my fingers anymore like I used to do with the kettlebells at the gym. Overall they are very cute and such a good price compared to other kettlebells on Internet.. while I was convincing myself to buy them I thought that I will pay about the same money as I would for two months at the gym, which is not open at the moment,so they give you that extra motivation to work out and make use of them.Plus, I will have them for a long time and use them whenever I don't have time or energy to go to the gym in the future..so it is worth the money, I totally recommend!!!
P.S. They arrived very fast too, only 48 hours after I ordered them!

Ordered two things from phoenix. One turned up, the other (more expensive) item didn't. I chased them for a response on email multiple times with no response. Eventually sorted after a number of contact attempts and missing item now delivered

Time came very quick no issues with the product. Happy and would buy again.

The only reason I have given a lower score is because when I opened the outer packaging, the item inside was completely mangled and bashed. The outer packaging had no damage what so ever and item I purchased was clearly damaged before being packaged and posted. I would hope there would have been better quality control as this was meant as a gift to someone.

Really pleased with my purchase. Excellent quality and delivery was on time.

I ordered two articles, one cheap and the other one more expensive. They canceled the expensive one because they couldn’t deliver it but never refunded me! I’m very disappointed. Maybe that was just a one time problem, but they didn’t even respond to my email when I requested the refund. I did contact them but never even got an answer.
Update: I changed my name for this review due to privacy issues. But Phoenix Fitness sent me an invitation to make this review based on me being a customer.
Update2: I contacted them again after their reply here and got my refund within minutes. Seems like they might have just forgotten it. Thank you!

Waited a whole month to be told the package got lost and then out of stock.
