Phoenix Fitness Reviews

Awesome service ordered in the evening from Scotland and it arrived the next door before lunch. Bike is everything I hoped for. Good, solid and comfy! My husband now uses it instead of his fancy turbo trainer he got for his road bike. I would highly recommend Phoenix fitness. First rate!!

Easy transaction and quick delivery, the kettle bell was perfect too!!

Speedy delivery and very happy with product. Customer service was also fantastic due to the helpful advice offered. Will be coming back...

Really quick delivery and really really pleased with the product

Product arrived on time and in perfect condition. Great service, I would recommend this company to anyone.

Great to deal with! Fast & efficient. Excellent price & item xx

Quick and efficient service, refund given no questions asked

Great service, quick delivery and a really well wrapped package! Our hoop arrived within a few days of ordering. It was easy to slot together but I had to check online to make sure I had the right number of pieces to make an adult size etc as no instructions included in the box. Hoop seemed huge and a bit wobbly/flexible at the joints, I was expecting it to be more rigid, but it seems to work and we’re slowly getting the hang of using the weighted hoop! Thanks Phoenix Fitness!

Great service, fab hoop, quick delivery even with a pandemic. Foam Covered hoop, nicely weighted, easily put together and easy to store. I should be super skinny in weeks. Hopefully I don’t sabotage my progress with laziness and my love of cheese.

Absolutely fantastic service! Arrived perfect timing and would us again !

Very good quality and delivered very quickly. For what amounts to some machined metal in a poly coating they are expensive but no more or less than other free weights on the market of this quality.

Very easy to order and pay. Prompt delivery and excellent product, thank you

Speedy delivery and great product! Really happy to finally have a good pair of dumbbells at home.

googled 2 dumbells because who actually wants 1! Pretty sure it gave me 2 in the write up but then sent 1 for the price of 2. Emailed them to say I was unhappy but havent heard anything 3 days later.

Ordering was easy, the products were delivered quickly and the communication about when they were being delivered was great. Products of good quality.

Service was good, delivery was fast with good tracking, prices were not inflated to rip people off during covid. Few irritating features on the item I bought but overall I'm satisfied with it and would recommend using Phoenix based upon my experience. Considering how difficult it is to purchase gym equipment this year, 5 stars from me.

Great product, quick delivery!

Weight bar and weights set -the delivery time was good and the item was in stock. However, the end cap is ill-fitting which makes it difficult to quickly change or add weights during a barbell class. Poor quality control!!!
