Hello,
So sorry you didn't receive the product you ordered. It looks as though you ordered on the 27th of December our offices were closed from the 24th of December to the 4th of January for the Christmas period which we stated on the website. As soon as the offices were open on the 4th of January is when we refunded you as we had no stock unfortunately. Apologises that we were out of stock on this product.
Kind Regards,

Exactly what I wanted at a good price
Exactly what I wanted at a good price. After placing the order I saw on their website another colour that I preferred to the pink I had ordered so I emailed them to ask if I could change the colour. They responded quickly to say they'd sort it. My preferred colour dumbells arrived within 4 days of placing the order. Excellent service!
