My wife and I had been looking a great place to invest our IRA,s, After searching and reading Phoenix Capital reviews we made a decision to contact them. Cameron Smart was the one that answered the phone, I asked him several questions like could I have a face to face with someone. He said he would have Matt Willer to call me. Matt meet with me and my wife face to face and answered all questions we had. We then made a decision to invest our IRA,s with Phoenix Capital. I want to thank Matt and his team for being so helpful. I especially want to say thanks to Matt for helping surrender an annuity we had. The Kings

Phoenix is real deal. I use the monthly interest payments as portion of my self-designed pension plan, after retiring last December. I place alot of trust in Phoenix & look forward to many more years of investment priviledge.

This group has shown that it is a group of good people.

The customer service is impeccable and JoAnn has been fabulous to work for!

I researched this company well and believed I was making a good investment decision. I opened a self directed IRA in May 2023 and expected to purchase the bonds soon after that. Unfortunately, I didn't hear anything back from Phoenix Capital Group regarding the bond purchase so I inquired. I was then told that they needed to file with the SEC but that they didn't expect it to take long. Here we are in Sept 2023 and I still don't have a bond.
11/14 - The bond purchase did finally go through and I have had two dividend payments. So far, looking good.

It took me a while to finally make my investment with Phoenix Capital Group. I listened to their 'Investor Webinar' several times, checked their reviews both here & BBB & 'most' were very positive & encouraging. After which, I decided to invest with this company.... not once, but so far I've invested 3 times. I was very leery the 1st few months whether I will really see interest deposit from them in my bank account. So far, payments have been exactly as described every month w/c helps me relax & feel secure & confident with this company. I should say that Phoenix Capital Group, gives a good return of investment for your money...

After all these positive review about PCG, here comes the negative. I have made 'phone appointments' with them (2x), set a time & date, but to my big disappointment never got a call back.... no follow up or apologies for not keeping the appointment. Everybody's time is very important not just theirs but mine too. When I set aside that time from my busy schedule, it means that I have to set aside whatever I plan to do to make sure that I am available on that scheduled time for them.... 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour or more went by & no calls… not even the next day.

I was very impressed to read the nice & positive feedback that other investors wrote about their communication experiences with PCG, their punctuality & 'assurance' that they will always get back to whoever wants to discuss matters with them.,, just call... text... email to make an appointment. Reading that kind of comments & actually hearing that kind of assurance from them increased my confidence about the integrity of PCG w/c highly encouraged me to invest with them. That turned out to be a disappointment for me.

In conclusion, I would say that Phoenix Capital Group just lost a 'big investment' that I plan to add on top of what I already have with them. That's the reason why I made that phone appointment.

I needed passive monthly income to supplement my retirement. I did my" homework" for a few months and communicated with Cameron Smart my concerns and goals. I am very happy about my decision and plan on investing more in the future .

Great investment/returns. Customer service has always been really easy to get hold of and go the extra mile to help you out.

Really impressive start for Phoenix Capital Group. All promises made have been kept with a few bonuses along the way.

Everything that I have been told has come to pass. Along the way there was some difficulty in linking my bank to Phoenix Capital Group through the Automated Clearing House. I had to transfer my initial investment through a bank wire with a $30 charge. Phoenix immediately promised me a reimbursement. My first monthly interest check came via a physical check. Without any prompting from me Phoenix personnel took it upon themselves to work out a way to use the Automated Clearing House (ACH) with my bank. My second check and the reimbursement for the initial bank wire came via the ACH. Good job, everyone!

I was VERY apprehensive to enter into investing with Phoenix Capital Group because of fear of being scammed...but thru some honest tears and having Matt Willer and Cameron Smart gently guide me through the process, THEY STAND ON EVERYTHING THEY SAY. Trust this company!!!!! My dividends come exactly on time and the whole experience is VERY credible. I am grateful that good, honest and kind people exist and Phoenix Capital Group delivers!!!! HAVE NO FEAR!!!

My first dividend came exactly on time - 10th of the month. Everyone I have interacted have been friendly and informative.

I have had used great and reputable CannaEats. But here I Honestly feel lied to. Even though the wording in their statements is correct, 9% APY, I think they could do a better job of stating it is 0.75% per month. And including this information in their sales tatics' statements.

I spent considerable time working with Cameron Smart to invest in a 9% bond. My IRA funded the investment in May and Phoenix Capital returned my invested capital in June. It was supposed to be held for three years.
I did hear from Cameron and he said the rules only allow them to handle a certain amount in bonds and I will have to wait until July to invest after all. Hopefully things still work out.

The experience was really flawless. Quick response times, the process of our deal was smooth and completed without any delays. Will not hesitate to work with PCG in the future. Highly recommend this group.
