No pretty cases but, regular shop. poor quality print on colourful cases

I received my case finally. I'm satisfied with the product, just wish they would answer Emails.

WARNING - STAY AWAY!! THIS is Casetful .com. When I emailed to complain they edited the link and pretended the complaints were about a Dutch company -
phone-case nl. LIES! They have a website that looks genuine but products are SECONDS or marked, stitching coming apart. Charged me £17.99 for a computer cover that was marked, awful smell of black tyres and stitching coming apart. Arrived late… they STEAL your money, send you crap SECONDS then when you try to return previous reviews say people never get money back. Sent mine back today!!

Would give this company zero stars!!! Terrible service and total scammers.
I ordered a Stella McCartney rings phone case £35 and got a cheap £1 black plastic case with polka dots all over it. I also usually read reviews and stupidly didn’t. Avoid this company!!!

Awful, sent a second hand item that wasnt even the model I ordered and now just keep promising to replace but never actually doing it.

Would not recommend! You get what you pay for. I received an extremely poor quality phone cover which was marked. When I approached the company to try to return I was asked to provide a photograph...

I usually check reviews before ordering from a new company but I forgot and was a bit panicky to see how bad the reviews were. Two days after ordering the case arrived and it's really nice. The personalised name is fairly well done and the whole thing is exactly how it looks in the picture. It's not super high quality but I also wasn't really expecting much more for 20 quid. It fits my new iPhone 12 perfectly and overall looks good.

Ordered a case for my Samsung S20+5G, and received a case that didn't fit.

Customer service were slow to respond and eventually told me that I'd ordered the wrong case, and that it only fits the S20. However the two phones are identical, and I believe they actually sent me a case for an S20, not S20+.

They refused to admit any wrongdoing and have asked me to return the case at my own expense.

They sent the wrong case then they told me to return the case after a dispute was opened through Paypal. I sent the case and provided proof of postage but because it wasn't tracked they kept my money. So I'm £20 down and I've got no phone case. I would steer clear of these guys they are not legit.

My 17 yr old purchased a case two weeks ago and did not receive it. Emailed customer service several times and no help at all. Stole £25.00 from a teenager. Disgusting! If you want to keep hold of your money, stay clear. SCAMMERS!!

Purchased a travel scrabble set 3 months ago. To date I have not received my package and the email exchanges and excuses are pathetic. Wish I had seen the bad reviews these guys are getting ,before making my purchase. This is a pure SCAM, they collect the payment and never send the goods. AVOID THEM !!!! DON´T BUY ANYTHING !!!!

I was 8 weeks waiting on my phone case (lifeproof fre). Terrible service trough out. When I finally got it it looked fake and broke within 2 weeks. I now have a dispute raised with PayPal. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid

I have just received my phone case from tfcc and it’s insane! the quality is incredible and it’s super protective! 100% recommend to anyone and will defiantly be my new go to! so so impressed 💞

Loved this company! The delivery came in 1 day and the packaging was very limited. One thing is I couldn’t track the package which wasn’t an issue because it came so quick. Quality was amazing and loved the product. Really recommend!!

Well, I can say that the phone cases were cute. I am just concerned about the time of shipment. So far I will order again.

Ordered a phone case the last week of March and got it 3 months later only to be sent the wrong product that was a COUNTERFIT otterbox... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PHONY COMPANY ITS A SCAM! They also say they are based in the USA but they are a China based company.

I wish I've seen this reviews before... They stole my money too! I order few cases, but never saw it back just like my money

They’re thieves! Placed an order 3 weeks ago never arrived never responded to my emails or messages on their IG account! I’m taking them down.
