Phone Case

I am absolutely discussed in customer service! I ordered my otter box phone case. The wrong order came. I'd didn't look quite right either like it was a fake, but let's stick to the main problem. I began emailing with the problem with multiple photos attached to show it was the wrong case; I figured this would speed up the process. It seemed to at first, but after over four months, I have not received the correct colour I ordered. Which I was told in an old email I would receive. And now, I am being ignored. In my last email, i stated I want this resolved quickly or give me a refund. But have not been responded to in over a month. Will not recommend or ever use your service again. And will make sure your others are aware of this disgusting service and not bother with your company. Mistakes happen, but good companies respond and act quickly.

I ordered from you guys previously. That was on September 3. I didnt receive it nor had any tracking from it! You guys just took my money.

To be honest, I didn’t even want to give one star.
I bought a ‘otterbox’ iPhone case which did t seem quite right from the starts the inner case seemed cheap looking and started to crack when I was fitting it over the phone. The outer case charging flap lasted a whole day before breaking off
The cost was not much less that buying direct from otterbox.
I have had true otterbox cases before and they didn’t feel, look or have the cheapness feel of this one.
My advice is to never buy from this company
